I am not sure how I haven't reviewed America's tire in old town yet! This is the ONLY place we'll ever buy tires! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. Their customer service has always been . When ever I've needed anything they have been incredible. Our tires we buy generally need to be ordered and when we've had an emergency they've always worked really hard to insure they get a replacement ASAP and then get it on as fast. If I can make a suggestion to anyone purchasing tires is to buy their tire warranty. It's SO worth it. They'll swap the tire out for a new one! Super bummed I didn't grab his name again. Never reviewed a tire rotation business before, don't expect to again. But I have to commend Jay and his team on a job well done. I originally brought my car in for a scheduled rotation, easy peasy. In and out with an appointment. However, I noticed an odd noise after I left. I called and was told to bring it in the next day. While the courtesy and timeliness remained, so did the issue. I was upset because I was told they could not find a reason for this problem. Frustrated, I made my frustrations known on their store survey. Within a matter of hours the store manager, Jay, responded to me apologizing for the issue and offering to personally take a look at it himself. Once I arrived, he dropped everything to look at my car and found the issue almost immediately. Cupping of the threads, if you were curious. While not a perfect interaction, this is the type of customer service you would like to see in a business. I won't be bringing my car anywhere else for tires. read more

I scheduled to change 2 rear tires and was there on time yesterday. I was told to wait beside my car in the parking lot under sun to wait to be attended. I waited for a while but no one approached me so I walked back to the shade beside the office to wait. I was told I can have everything done in 45 minutes because I have scheduled the service and was there on time. I waited there for almost 1.5 hours and saw my car was done and was driven to the parking lot. I waited for another 10 minutes but no one told me I am done and can take the key to leave. I asked a staff in the office to see if I can have my car back. He said: oh, I am sorry, I forgot to tell you that you are good to go. I drove my car home and found out the tire pressure is too low, the glue is all over the wheel/tire and the real tires are scratched. read more

I've been coming here ever since the America's Tire on Shaw Ave did a poor job at serving me. Kevin was quick to help me when I told him I had a flat tire. When we got to my car, he knew right away that my tires still had warranty and told me he can get it fix for free. He gave me all the answers I needed and never pressured me. I rarely write reviews unless it's totally legitimate and America's Tire (Clovis,Ca) is definitely it! I ordered four brand new specialty offroad tires, it arrived as scheduled and was quickly notified by telephone. I made an installation appointment for the following day. On arrival, I was greeted quickly by friendly sales staff Johnny Lee who got all my vehicle's information and my specific requests before I handed over my keys to my baby (Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4). I was expecting the staff to give me the stink-eye or roll their eyes when I gave him my laundry lists of requests and expectations, fortunately I didn't get no weird look or some snarky comment under their breath. I simply requested that they remove the wheel center cap in a specific way to avoid breaking the cap, lift the vehicle by the frame on the side only and not on either differentials or any suspension components, torque all lugnuts to my specifications including the spare tire, road force balancing service, install five new aftermarket TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) along with a specific tire pressure. I was a little skeptical if they would actually do some of the things I requested, so I went outside and paced around the parking lot trying not to be an annoying customer (no helicoptering) that technicians usually hate. I say that because I was a former Mercedes-Benz and Toyota technician, so I know how that feels. I was discreetly watching from the corner of my eye, trying not to be a nuisance to the technicians. I was quite surprised that the technicians treated my vehicle with TLC (tender loving care) and they did everything that I requested. All the staff and technicians were friendly and they made me feel good in that they respected my specific requests and my vehicle was well pampered. After my first experience, I've come back for other tire services for a different vehicle and received the same professional service! A well deserved 5-Stars rating! read more

The last time I got a set of tires was back in 2009. I didn't know any better, walked into Costco and probably got ripped off because I spent about $900 but at least that came with lifetime air pressure checks, rotation and alignment. After all those years, wear and tear, and neglecting to get all those free rotations and alignments, my tires were pretty much bald and there was a nail in the front tire. Did I want to spend $900 again? No. So it was time to start researching other options. I came here with my Dad to get some quotes and talk about the nail in my tire. No can do. The tires are too far gone and it's time to fork over some money. We talked to the manager and he was able to give us a deal because of his relationship with my Dad and the tires are covered for the life of the tire - that means they'll fix any flat, road hazard etc until they're bald. Win/win. I got some amazing tires for about $500 and installation was amazingly fast - 15 minutes. I was a happy camper and my baby had a new set of squeaky new shoes. Woohoo! read more

Flat tire... came in to get it fixed and the guys show in detail how low the tire threads were and recommended me to get two new tires. I was happy with that and also he price matched from online as well... which was huge plus. Service was over all good and had decent above average experience. Came in on a Saturday and was a bit worried because the parking lot was packed (so much so that I had to park out on the dirt behind the shop!). Went in to the shop with only a brief wait... they were able to get me set up with my order and I was on my way. Within a couple of hours my car was ready! 4 new tires at such a great price. I have been buying tires from this America's Tire for the last 7 years and have been pleased with the service every single time. Prices are competitive with other large companies but what's most important is the service. There's a reason why this place is busy first thing in the mornings. Staff have been helpful, kind, and problem free. There was only one incident where the incorrect tire was installed and they swapped that out quickly before I left the lot. Most of my tires were purchased to go on after market wheels and I am pleased to say the techs have not damaged any one of them. My wheels have ranged from $700 sets up to $3,500. If you could imagine how terrible it would be if they damaged them. I would most definitely recommend this facility for your tire needs. I should also add that quality service extends after the sales of the tires as well. I've been to this place multiple times this year and every single time is a Pleasant and relatively quick experience. Even tires that I did not purchase from here they fixed for free and even got a free rotation because I've been a customer with them before, absolutely excellent customer service. They care about their customers and they know that little things like free rotations, free air checks and competitor price matching are the things that make customers return time and time again. I had a wonderful experience at America's Tire last night. I had gotten a flat and needed to buy a tire to get me buy until I could order new tires at Costco. It was about 5:57pm (they close at 6pm) and Julian assisted me. I told him what I needed and he was able to locate the tires I was going to order from Costco and price matched them. He told me he would have them installed for me in about 15-20 minutes. I was surprised that they worked passed 6pm to install my 4 tires. They did a great job and I got an amazing price.
