So I hired this company to remove some trash from the house I just moved in. I took a pic of the items , sent it to them and they gave me a quote of $130I agreed. When the guys came to pick up the items, First they said they didn't know it was all the items in the pic‍ Then the they said the didn't have enough room to fit it all. So I let them take whatever they could fit. And just so you know the came in a pick up truck that had a cover and items inside the truck already. After the took half the items in the pic, I paid the guy through Zelle. I get a call 3-5 days later saying the didn't get the money. Even tho it was taking out of my account. They their "representative" calls me asking for another payment. So I tried to cancel the first zelle but never got reimbursed bc they took the money. They continued to harass me over the money even tho I showed proof I paid. Out of the kindness of my heart , I sent another $130. ‍do not use this company for hauls.
