After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

We ordered new doors for our house including a new front door. Following installation, the front door was snapping and popping when the sun hit it, and started to fade and paint was flecking off. We called to have it replaced because it was under warranty. They replaced it with a door that looked worse. You could see the unpainted inside window trim thru the windows. We went back and forth, requesting our money back, but we were not able to make any progress other than they would order a new door for us. This took months, many phone calls with service and general manager. Finally they said they had 2 doors for us, and that we could pick. It's not lost on us that if we picked between the 2 doors, that then they could come back to us and say, "you picked it". One of the doors had sand inside the windows-clumps of sand. The other one looked better, but it was obvious that it was the first door that we had returned, just painted. We were done! This company has gone down hill since we ordered from them back in 2020. Avoid them at all costs. They are sneaky and don't have good customer service. Nor do they have effective management.

So I called them again for a stairway window that was leaking air and in poor shape. I made an appointment but their truck broke down. I was very understanding and said they would call when fixed. Oxsana let me know they were coming on Wednesday. I had wanted him to come out before and assess the window, but he wouldn't do that. He finally showed up at 1:30 for a morning appt. Since I have mobility issues, he went up to look at the window. First he needed a place to work from so I said he could use the garage. Then he asked for paint. An hour later he was at my door telling me he was finished. I made my was upstairs and almost nothing had been done. Never needed any work space and no painting either. The windows were leaking to the point that it was taped. Basically, all he did was unstick the window and nothing else. I pointed out the tape and he said he hadn't noticed it. That's his job. He went back and caulked the edge of one window. For this we paid $450. My neighbor went to look at the work and was appalled. I was embarrassed. We feel completely ripped off. Asked for a receipt that was never sent. We are now hiring another company to do it over. Save yourself a lot of grief and don't call them.
