I went in with a nail in my tire, I was told by another company I needed 2 new tires. American Tire Depot removed the nail, patched it up! No new tires needed at this time!! Great service! read more

The best customer service. The guys are always so nice and helpful. The manager is awesome. Good staff. Thank you.

Wish I could give a 0 star. Rebuild my suspension and did my own alignment which was barely off so I figured I'd take it to a real shop to get it professionally done. What a mistake that was it drove perfect my wheel was just a little off. After I got it back my camber is all off causing wheels to squeal and steering yanks to the right. After 5 times up and down on the lift attempting to get it right. Then took another hour to get a refund. Do not waste your time and money here. read more

I needed tires checked and rotated. I also wanted them to check my brakes. They did all of this free of charge! They are consistently good. They're polite and professional and have a nice waiting room. read more

Great service and great manager. Location staff is friendly and professional.I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Last week I needed an oil change and new tires, angel was at the front desk and with no sweat took care of me with some great professionalism and patience. The place was packed it was a long wait, but the men inside were moving and swapping out cars as quickly as possible. One thing I appreciated was the teamwork, angel would direct to keep a good flow going and the guys would just pump out the work, you could see a structure and not just a bunch of workers working, but on the contrary they had a plan to be efficient and get cars serviced properly and in a timely manner. I appreciated that. I'm here today because I just left again after I called the other shop in Madera they turned me down till tomorrow morning, I called this location and angel like a good business man said " come in we got a few cars but we Got you covered." I came in waiting 30 mins and he got my car checked offered a tip for the error and my light is off. I just wanna say this team in this location are hustlers, and both times I've been in no one has been rude and I've only seen employees either professionalism and eagerness to get the job diners thanks again guys. Angel keep holding that place down, you do a great job. Sincerely, Luis Ruiz. read more

They were super attentive and worked with my budget! I went to 4 other tire shops and they had the best prices!

I had a great experience at this location. Ricardo and the rest of the staff were professional. This is the second time I come for services and they have proven to be dependable and timely. Thank you Cleveland crew! read more

I was driving through the area when I had a flat tire. I called American Tire and was informed tires were available in my needed size. I arrived at the shop, was immediately assisted with awesome customer service. The work was done right away, and I was back on the road in no time. The service was performed well, and with only two people working in a busy shop, I was impressed with the level of courtesy, patience and professionalism of the team. read more

Best customer service!!! Friendly and reliable!!! Most services can be done by them no need to go anywhere else! I highly recommend them!!! read more

Friendly staff. Efficient. Every time I have went they go significantly faster than what they say. Been here at least 3 times, always a good experience. read more

Ruben, the store manager there was extraordinary! We thought we needed our four tires replaced, but he was honest with us and let us know we only needed two replaced instead of trying to upsell. He also went himself to another location to get the right tires to help us get on the road faster. Pricing was about average, but the service was great. read more

Everything went well! Very kind and effective staff! I've come here for years, everyone that has worked there has been so kind, informative and effective. Would highly recommend Christian and his team! read more

They installed my Vogues on my truck! Great shop and great job! They helped checked my oil. And good price

I've been bringing my car to this shop for the past 3 years since I moved to the area, and I can't say enough good things. Every staff member I've dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. I have had multiple types of vehicles (hybrids, trucks, regular car) brought here and they've been able too handle each car maintenance issue that came. They've always been upfront and trustworthy about what needs to be done, and if something isn't in their scope (which hasn't happened often), they're honest about it. The service is consistently fast and reliable, and I never feel like I'm being upsold or misled. It's a huge relief to have a mechanic I can count on! Iv recommended all my family too use these guys they are the best in town no doubt. read more

When I had the oil changed the other - the technician noticed the serpentine belt was wearing out, was very dry, with multiple cracks on it. The suggestion was to replace sooner than later. Today, I returned to have the serpentine belt replaced. There was a noticeable difference from pre-replacement to full replacement. I am certainly glad the service technician was diligent in his job during the oil change procedure. This more than likely saved me a considerable amount of money. Breaking down while driving, towing to the repair shop, and the worry of being alone waiting for help - well let's just say, "better safe than sorry!" There isn't a cost benefit analysis that would reflect the true cost of replacing the serpentine belt. Safety is priceless! read more

They will not take accountability for their mistakes! Use another tire shop that actually honors their customers. I've been a customer for 5+ years and drive a g37. They knew about staggered tire sizes and still failed to put the right size tires on my car. When i confronted them about the problem they tried to sell me the right tire size without owning up to their mistake. They tried to make it seem like i put the wrong tires on.. when they literally put the tires on. Called corporate and they ignored my complaints or calls. Will be taking them to small claims court but avoid this company at all costs!!! Pay a little more at shops that will actually save you more money on the long run. I've attached photos of the tire sizes from front and back.. it's not factory.. thanks American tire for possible damages to my suspension. read more

We stopped by American tire depot today to get our tires rotated. We couldn't believe it when they said that they did it for free. We were told it would be about 20 minutes so we went to get a bite to eat, less than 10 minutes later we were told that the car was ready for pick up. The staff were very helpful and courteous. If you are reading this review, I would recommend that you go and visit them. read more

Great Service, and very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very fast and efficient.

Good Day. I've been coming here for years. Every single time I come the service is excellent. Every one is always nice and friendly. And Edwin. OMG!!!! He's the best. They don't over charge or gouge you here. It is truly a pleasure doing business here. My only regret is that I didn't think to give them this review before :( Next time you need tires, a flat fixed or a car repair please go here!!!!!! Happy New Year All!! God Bless :) read more

I had taken my car to a different ATD and they messed things up. I came here to get them all fixed and can't say enough good things about Edwin and the customer service I received. I drove 2.5 hours one way to get my service done, and I'd do it again because of the staff here. While I waited for my car, several 'emergency' flat tires came in. They seemed honest with what could be fixed and what couldn't be fixed. THANK YOU!!!! read more

Edwin, Juan and the crew are amazing. They provide friendly, personal service you can trust. I've shopped around and their prices are also the best. I highly recommend the American Tire Depot service center at 2300 W. Cleveland Avenue in Madera CA. read more

This place is awful. Nobody there was wearing a mask despite Madera being the hot spot for Covid in the state. They took three hours to install my new tires after telling me an hour and a half so I had to sit and wait. The did a bait and switch on the price charging me $170 more than what they quoted on the phone. There is a bad vibration now which I did not have before. I am in the store at Modesto getting this problem fixed so I have now wasted most of two days - never again!, and these guys call themselves "certified professionals " - some joke. read more

I took my car here to get tires good price but had a lot of problems with shaking, so after a few weeks i came back so they can fix it they said they did and send me on my way. The car was driving good till a few days later the shaking came back. I'm not from the area so driving 2hr there so they can fox the problem or tell me what it might be, they never found the problem till i took it to someone in my home town they told me two wheels where bent. How can this guys miss this. I thought they where experienced in what they do. I'm not going back there again. Update: 5/3 i bin trying to call the director Tony and hasn't answered my calls. If u want to call me at (559) 871-4682 5/17 got a check for a little bit of labor, this won't even help me replace the wheels, thank u trying read more

Had a great experience with this company. I called and they were able to get me in for new tires, an alignment, and an oil change the same day. Only took two hours and they were honest in letting me know that I didn't need new brakes(cause let's face it, many places would have said I did need new brakes just to make more money). They also didn't upcharge me when they realized the tire size I needed was different than the quoted size. All in all, they will definitely be getting my service again . read more

Had a low tire pressure sensor come on. Pulled and was greeted professionally. No hesitation to check all my tires for the correct tire pressure. What makes this place 5 stars , is the fact that the young gentlemen found a severe leak in one of the tires and he immediately repaired it at no cost. This gesture will make me a long time customer of American tire depot here in Madera. They have my business for life now. And anyone that needs tire help I will recommend this place.
