Horrible customer service. Some little punk with a bad attitude. Called the day before for check engine light from another shop in town. Showed up the next day Wasn't acknowledgd for about 10 min. When I was acknowledged, the little punk acted like I was an inconvenience for him to get off his ass. I asked if he was the one I talked to the day before and he scoffed and said "no". Took my business elsewhere. Employees seem to be trash. Literally driving home now. 9:30am 6/4/26. Will go anywhere else, would gladly pay double not to deal with this jerk off again. read more

My mother's car was pushed by the tow truck workers in to the garage at Hi tech automotive at 5:30 pm last Thursday. I was told there would be $150 charge for diagnostic. They called to discuss the repair the next day. When I picked up the car, the total was $176.24 including the diagnostic fee. I was in a terrible position and expected $600 to $800 at the minimum. Honest owner. All local parts shops recommend taking your car or truck here because of the honest reputation of the owner. Fair prices too.

i don't suggest this place You will be SCAMMED They will charge you a price and call and charge more after saying something else is wrong with it Always try to be present when they are repairing and Record phone calls that you make when they give you a price because when you pick up your vehicle they will charge you 100-200 even more and say no that's what the Fee was agreed on when it was not. I used this shop back in February of 2022. After a horrible customer service experience with the owner, I should have known it would have been the same this time around. I show up to my appointment 15 minutes early only to be turned away directly from the owner. No apologies, no remorse, just "I don't have time today." No communication. No customer service. He had my phone number. He could had at least gave me a courtesy call and explained that they were busy and needed to reschedule. Completely disrespectful of other people's time and schedules. I usually don't write negative reviews and give small business the benefit of the doubt. But after observing the owner's nonchalant attitude towards both horrible service visits, I'm afraid this is the norm vs the exception. Despite their cheap prices, I'll find a more professional auto shop next time. read more

He is very unprofessional and disrespectful please do not waste your time coming here!! You will not be attended at all just ignored and he will look at you like you are dumb. read more

I had truck trouble last Friday on the 99 highway near Medera. The HI-TECH shop was exceptional, honest and took very good care of me and got me back on the road quickly. I took my car in and my car didn't pass but fixed everything in order for it to pass . I took it back and did pass but I asked him how much do you really charge the owner said for nice people I charge less . For other people I charge more . That's from the owners mouth . Took my suv here back and forth he would put it on the computer supposedly I went because itt was getting hot seen a leak by the water pump he stated I needed a new one then got a call adding more stuff almost 500$ give or take still got hot then he stated I needed a fan clutch was told my fan clutch isent new it's all wiggly should be tight,then said I needed some sensor for my timing then said I requested it I don't even know what it Hundreds later still got hot and ran horrible and runs horrible can't really drive it but took it on May 6,2021 his employee stated I needed a new water pump mine was not new owner just looked at him, and hose and other stuff again owner stated he never put a water pump I had all my receipts and stated you charged me almost 500$ again for a water pump and other stuff My receipt states new water pump in his computer he check and OH I did, no sir you charged me but you did not put a water pump and probably nothing else new he stated it was under warranty and I would have to pay 225 for labor again even though it's his fault! I will not but I will proceed with legal action for a total refund.I have contacted the BBB and the Consumer Affairs and made complaints and will follow with small claims if advised I was ripped off but I have all my proof in writing and witnesses. read more
