Smog tech Jaime attempted to be technical and tampered my smog result due to " catalytic converter incorrect engine family number for CA list." Long story short I went to the state referee and he passed it no problem. The referee explained to me what I explained to Jaime. My car is federal and no where did it state that it was a california vehicle. I wasted time and money...thanks to the tampered result.
