I wanted to be independent so I decided to get my own insurance. Luckily, at the time I knew Julie through business and reached out to her. I had about a day to get insurance with my new car coming and Julie went above and beyond to make sure there were no beats skipped so it wouldn't delay the delivery of my car. It wasn't until November 2015 when my car was hit by a non-insured driver that I realized how great this agency is. I had never been in a collision and didn't know what to do. I called Julie up and she started the lengthy process and filed a claim. When it came to payment of the repairs, there was a lot of miscommunication with the repair shop and Allstate (not Bob Warner's office - but corporate) on the payment and when I called Julie to tell her what was going on, she called me back within 10 minutes telling me that my car would be ready to be picked up that afternoon. I don't do business personally with Julie anymore, but she puts 100% into her job . When she found out I moved she called to make sure everything was okay. It reassured me that switching agents was one of the best things I had done. I haven't personally worked with Bob but his staff is phenomenal and I am glad I switched agents. *Side note: My friends car got broken into and my stuff got stolen back in December 2014. Since I had renters insurance, I was able to file a claim. When I reached out to my previous agent to file a claim, he wouldn't respond. That was a huge annoyance to me and I knew I wasn't going to continue to have him as an agent when I going through the process of purchasing my new car. It wasn't until I switched agents he reached out to me saying the emails I sent were in his spam mailbox.

Of all the agents we spoke to, Christian by far was the most thorough in obtaining specifics. I felt confident his thoroughness would afford us the type and level of coverage that would have us adequately protected. Insuranace is for protection and peace of mind. Thankfully Ben at Meine Insurance was able to help clarify how much coverage we needed and what all those different coverages actually mean. Ben took over an hour to sit with us and answer our questions as well as show us how much insurance we needed and why we needed that amount of coverage. At no point did I feel rushed and I felt as though I was being educated rather than simply being sold insurance. Over the next few days Ben developed several quotes for us with various coverage options that fell within our price point. We were insured with one of the larger national brands and had never received such personalized service, even though our agent was local and I'd even been to her office! At the end of the day, Ben was able to provide us with multiple options that gave us coverage several times over what we had with our national insurer for less than what we were paying! Unfortunately, due to some tickets on our driving record we ended up going with a different auto insurer but plan on getting our renters policy through Meine Insurance. Once those pesky tickets fall off, we plan on switching all of our coverage over with Ben.
