Super cool guys and was very honest about the getting things done. Super easy and a regular spot for me to get my car aligned.

Tyler Reyes handled the job,…read moreand it was done incorrectly -- the brakes were noisy right after the service and the car didn't feel safe to drive. When I went back to address the issue, I didn't get any real solution, just excuses. Brakes are one of the most important safety components, and it's unacceptable to have them done carelessly. If something as critical as brakes can't be handled properly here, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service. I would not recommend Tyler Reyes, he is not a good mechanic. Terrible person and doesn't know what he is doing.

Just got my car diagnosed and repaired at A&M and just found my new mechanic…read more A&M was a referral from R+R down the street cuz they don't work on BMW's. Drove over to A&M and met Armando the owner. After chatting with him a few minutes I felt comfortable with his experience and his expertise based on how familiar he was with the common issues I was facing and advised on the things to look out for with a 20+ year old car. I came in for CEL code for a vacuum leak and couldn't figure it out based on visual inspection. Armando planned to run a smoke test to get to the root of the leak and found exactly where it was coming from. He was able to get it repaired the same day and when I picked up he walked me through some of parts I should consider replacing while my car was on the lift so I can see the condition. Overall a great experience and I'm thankful to have found an honest mechanic won't be taking my BMW anywhere else. Diagnostic $165 (best price in town) + parts and labor. He also installed the plastic cover for under my engine that I had bought at no charge. Armando is a master mechanic experienced with high end luxury cars and has even worked for Tesla and car work on them. Thanks Armando!

So this place was one of the list. The tow truck got to the shop just right before closing for the day. The belt and the tensioner got messed up. That made the temperature go up. Si they gave us the estimate. It was not cheap. It may seemed something easy but it was pricey. Well at least hit fixed and they said that their work was guaranteed. They had it ready around 5 pm. Right before closing. So far so good. No issues anymore.

Called for first time and spoke with Phil. Usually you get the impression the guy is holding a…read moreflaming gas can and you interrupted his run to the extinguisher. But Phil was calm and spent time to answer my questions about my battery warning issue. Seems he has nailed the importance of this small but huge aspect of customer psychology. For me, it's this initial contact that usually seals the deal in the decision to take the next step. Felt very comfortable after speaking to Phil that they would take a good look and confirm what I was experiencing with the car. Most people nowadays are reading up on the symptoms with AI, and a good shop imo assumes this interaction. Phil gave me a very reasonable quote and confirmed my hunches were on track. Took the car in first thing in the morning and spoke with a gentleman (maybe the owner) who took my report . No one rushed me, which is key for me. I understand that time is money, but so is trust. For most people, this is won or lost in the first conversation. It's tough because people are just not happy to begin with when they staring down a hefty bill, no matter what usually. EA Service nailed it. Felt totally comfortable the whole time that the car was in good hands, and they did why they said. Period. The price was below the initial estimate which was nice. Phil also did not up-charge me for a battery he ended up getting/needing from the dealer. Extra nice. For a first time experience I was very pleased, and I am pretty skeptical when it comes to shops generally. Compared to other experiences Phil and the shop hit every mark. Extra points for communication, which again is huge. Gave me back a clean car fixed right. Earned my business, and can't say enough about Phil, who if you read the reviews, is clearly a huge factor in the customer experience. Super good guy and communicator. The whole thing just felt right and only good things to say about the shop and experience . Give them a try for sure. Great job guys -- thank you!
