Abraham and the guys are the best I've taken my Ford Explorer to them on a few occasions after finding out what the dealership quoted me for jobs and have always been pleasantly surprised with ATD's quotes. Every job they have ever down for me from tires to breaks to my most recent water pump the quote has been reasonable and the work is always done in a timely professional manner. I highly recommend ATD for your needs from tires to engine work. M read more

The service & prices are fair. It's a tire shop but also a minor mechanic shop too. It's a typical shop with a front office with a few chairs. Now they have vendor machines whereas not. read more

Stellar Service and Unbelievable Kindness! (Ask for Edwin) I had a flat tire on my classic 1970 Chevelle and took it in, honestly unsure if I had originally purchased the tires at American Tire Depot or not. I was anticipating a hassle or at least a fee, but the service I received was truly exceptional. I spoke with Edwin, and he immediately put my mind at ease. When I mentioned my uncertainty about the purchase location, Edwin said not to worry--they would take care of it for free! His willingness to provide a fast, professional repair on my classic car without questions or trying to upsell me on new tires was astounding. Edwin is a class act and a true example of outstanding customer service. It's rare to find such honesty and helpfulness today. They fixed my flat quickly, and it cost me absolutely nothing. If you need honest, fast, and genuinely kind service, I highly recommend this shop and asking for Edwin! read more

Shoutout to Mehir and his team. I've been here a few times and they're always busy. Which is a good thing as it shows they actually fix the problem. Free tire rotations and if you hit a nail and it's fixable, it's free or low price. I researched different places to buy a new set of tires like Costco, directly at a manufacturer, and other tire places. They have the most reasonable prices around. Combined with their transparency and customer service, I Cannot recommend it enough. read more

Thanks and appreciate how fast you got me in and out w new tire. Thanks so much. I appreciate the honesty and how great the tire is on the car. See you again and appreciate the price for the tire too. read more

Excellent tire shop. Great service -- things get done really fast, especially compared to other full-service body shops. You know, they don't call body shops body shops for no reason, because they usually charge an arm and a leg... However, with American Tire Depot they offer free help in removing nails from tires--that's right--it's free. One can never tire of praising American Tire Depot. read more

Juan was amazing. I went to the wrong American tire depot but man was this experience so much better. I was welcomed right away, talked to courteously and was given my quote and an expected time of finish signing 5 minutes of arriving. I got there around 3:45 or so and left around 4:10. I had one tire burst on the freeway while on a family trip and needed a new one to keep me going. The pros here got my little family and I back on the road in no time. As for the shop it's clean, it has a bathroom, no water fountain or drink station or vending machine. It has a tv and multiple armed seats. Parking was easy and leaving was also easy. Thank you! read more

Great service and work. Bought my tires here and months later got a flat. Repair was complimentary and got me in and out in and hour and to work on time. Abraham was very kind & personable. Fausto worked expertly & quick. Even put the spare under the car which past repair places didn't do. Many thanks. Bravo American Tire Depot!! read more

Edwin and his fellow colleagues are amazing here! I've never had any place work so hard at making sure we were so well cared for! They really want your business and they deserve it! Great attitudes... excellent customer service... great work and we were happy with their prices. They offered a great warranty on the tires for like $45. We actually had to use it on a previous purchase... it saved us over $220 on one tire! I can't recommend these guys enough! Very impressed read more

Edwin, at the Artesia store is honest, professional, kind, detailed, thorough, considerate of your costs and they're timely. The day I arrived to drop off my car I was early and Abraham was there before they opened ready to help me sign in for service. One of the most honest auto shops around. That's why i keep coming back. I went in for a tire rotation, brake fluid change and to have my alignment and brakes checked. The tire rotation was done at no cost, and after inspecting everything else they told me my car was still in good shape and I could wait until the next service. no upselling no pressure and just straightforward advice. I really appreciate that kind of honesty. read more
