Have property in Great Cacapon, WV and was looking to get a well installed. As I always do,…read moreattempted to get two estimates. One of these estimates was via Mark from B.W. Smith Well Drilling. Mark showed up on time and was very thorough in walking my property and going over options. The other contractor stood me up two times! Keep in mind, I drive 3 hours to meet people. Once we got the permit in hand, I scheduled the drilling with Chris. He was up front and told me the lead time, which ended up being less then two weeks. On the day of the installation, Mark and Chris showed up exactly when they said' they be there! The were both very down to earth and professional while walking the property and analyzing how to setup their rigs. During the installation, I talked to Chris and Mark and explained to them that I never got to watch a well being drilled. The guys were very accommodating, they stopped work and would explain to me what they were doing, the challenges, etc. Mark even took time to explain when he uses certain supplies and how the other contractors will use cheaper supplies to pad their profits. At the end of the day, the guys knocked this 180' well installation out of the park! It couldn't have went any better and I couldn't have had two nicer guys. If you want down to earth, hard working and honest contractors with integrity, then call B.W. Smith and tell them I set you!

I was lucky when I called Myers Well Service, because Darren was walking in the door as I called. He worked me into his schedule between jobs the next day and fixed our well pump that had wires wearing and didn't just force me to buy a new pump. He honestly did the necessary work to get the farm up and going with water. He was under his quoted estimate. When the work was done he called me with all the details, making some future PM suggestions and took a credit card over the phone. I will definitely use Darren again and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs well service work done.

I have been very pleased with Three-D drilling! Their office manager, Kelly, is a great…read morecommunicator! She reliably answers the phone (if you think that's not important, try calling some of their competitors), responds to e-mails immediately, and in short ensured that I got fast, accurate answers to all my questions. The water well diggers were very careful not to damage my property, and they worked quickly and efficiently. The well they dug is working perfectly, as is all the internal plumbing that was required. 3D does top-notch quality work. My well digging situation was especially challenging. I had an existing well (dug by another contractor) that slowly stopped producing, so over a period of about a year I had 3D install a storage tank and booster pump, then later another well. I had 3D deliver water to my tank several times. The people at 3D were very understanding of my difficulties, and worked hard to ensure I and my family had enough water to get by until their new well could be drilled. The cost estimate they provided was fair and accurate given the limitation that a well digger can't know in advance how deep they have to drill. In any case, I feel that 3D has always treated me fairly and honestly. I highly recommend the friendly, competent professionals at 3D drilling!

Spent over $5000 dollars on a well drilled 300+ feet deep by this company that makes 1/2 gallons…read moreper minute. They do not believe in "witching" a well to find the best possible spot to drill... and stated " over 70% of the time you drill a hole anywhere you get water "...well, not this time apparently ! The old well was 50 ft. away and made great water, but caved in over the years, which required drilling a new one due to the location of the old one. They pick a spot based on convenience of burying the pipe and wire instead of "witching" it to find the best source of ground water flow. In the beginning, they kept asking me where I wanted the new one drilled instead of recommending a spot...WTF that's why I called you in the first place... I'm not a well driller !... and apparently neither are you now that I wasted $5000 dollars on the results of your talents. After this event, I've spoken with numerous individuals that have had to pay for 2 holes being drilled because the first one they picked didn't make any water at all. That's ok, he only charges half price for the hole that didn't produce any water. This sound like a money scam to me and a great way to earn more income on holes that don't have to be cased or finished. Just pick another spot and drill again...at your cost. Consumers think twice before picking this company to drill your new well, you might be in for a money scam like myself and others have apparently been a victim of.
