I was lucky when I called Myers Well Service, because Darren was walking in the door as I called. He worked me into his schedule between jobs the next day and fixed our well pump that had wires wearing and didn't just force me to buy a new pump. He honestly did the necessary work to get the farm up and going with water. He was under his quoted estimate. When the work was done he called me with all the details, making some future PM suggestions and took a credit card over the phone. I will definitely use Darren again and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs well service work done.

Mark showed up on time and was very thorough in walking my property and going over options. The other contractor stood me up two times! Keep in mind, I drive 3 hours to meet people. Once we got the permit in hand, I scheduled the drilling with Chris. He was up front and told me the lead time, which ended up being less then two weeks. On the day of the installation, Mark and Chris showed up exactly when they said' they be there! The were both very down to earth and professional while walking the property and analyzing how to setup their rigs. During the installation, I talked to Chris and Mark and explained to them that I never got to watch a well being drilled. The guys were very accommodating, they stopped work and would explain to me what they were doing, the challenges, etc. Mark even took time to explain when he uses certain supplies and how the other contractors will use cheaper supplies to pad their profits. At the end of the day, the guys knocked this 180' well installation out of the park! It couldn't have went any better and I couldn't have had two nicer guys. If you want down to earth, hard working and honest contractors with integrity, then call B.W. Smith and tell them I set you!

From the owner: Monetize Your Assets Today !…read more A mineral sale is the only guarantee to monetize youyr assests; it is an option we can help with from start to finish. American Mineral Solutions informs landowners of the value of their assets and helps them come to the right decision based on a variety of factors, such as shale formations, operators in the area, time frames of drilling, and production costs. We do not pressure landowners to make hasty decisions. Oil and Gas is a speculative industry by nature. Recent drops in prices have dramatically changed the landscape. All landowners hope with fingers crossed that someday soon their oil and gas will be put into production, but that is not a reality for most people. One of the fundamental principles of money is that it is worth more today than in the future, because that money today can be used to earn interest on investments, and pay down bad debt you would otherwise being paying interest on. Everyone knows that whenever anyone makes money, Uncle Sam takes his cut. Monies from lease bonus payments and royalties are taxed as ordinary income. A mineral rights sale is taxed as capital gains, which is exponentially lower than an income tax.

They do not believe in "witching" a well to find the best possible spot to drill... and stated " over 70% of the time you drill a hole anywhere you get water "...well, not this time apparently ! The old well was 50 ft. away and made great water, but caved in over the years, which required drilling a new one due to the location of the old one. They pick a spot based on convenience of burying the pipe and wire instead of "witching" it to find the best source of ground water flow. In the beginning, they kept asking me where I wanted the new one drilled instead of recommending a spot...WTF that's why I called you in the first place... I'm not a well driller !... and apparently neither are you now that I wasted $5000 dollars on the results of your talents. After this event, I've spoken with numerous individuals that have had to pay for 2 holes being drilled because the first one they picked didn't make any water at all. That's ok, he only charges half price for the hole that didn't produce any water. This sound like a money scam to me and a great way to earn more income on holes that don't have to be cased or finished. Just pick another spot and drill again...at your cost. Consumers think twice before picking this company to drill your new well, you might be in for a money scam like myself and others have apparently been a victim of.
