He was already told that the basement took on some water during the flooding. He proceeded to say that we needed a new blower, a new mother board and a new transformer. All to the lovely tune of $800+. We sought a 2nd opinion because we did have some knowledge of furnaces. Had someone with more extensive knowledge look at it. The only thing the furnace needed was an $83 mother board. And now, they send us a $199 bill for the service call. Highly unethical business practices. He wasn't even here a half hour. How many customers have these crooks ripped off prior to this. Never ever use this company and I never will again.

After a storm last month we started to notice we had poor water pressure in the house. So we…read morethought our well was hit and called Book and Book. A technician (Ron) came out within 24 hours and determined that the poor water pressure was because of our filter being clogged, but our well did in fact get hit. He was knowledgeable and courteous through out the whole time he was in my home. He even got our pressure back up and told me what filter I would need. I explained that it would take some time to get the money together and explained to give them a call and they can get out there. After a few weeks we got our appointment scheduled and Ron and Ray came to our house and did a fantastic job. They replaced everything that was damaged from the storm and extremely personable and professional the entire time. They took care of all the damaged items and explained will keep the items for our claims adjuster if needed and cleaned up after themselves inside and outside of our home. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism from Book and Book Well Drilling and will most certainly use them again.

I agreed to go ahead and he had the new system and was back in about an hour. A few hours later the old system was out and the new one was in. He also checked other plumbing fixtures to make sure all was well. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and able to recommend what was needed. I wish all contractors were like Ryan. It's hard to trust people these days. That was not a problem here. Anyone who I know needing a system will be referred to Symons Water.

I just found out today when I had a contractor replacing a spiket on the outside of my double-wides…read moremobile home, that the floor was bowed under the hot water tank. Symons built a little platform instead of replacing the floor, sprayed all kind of foam insulation in a large hole that was under it, again instead of replacing the floor. Used multiple types of pipes, 11 fittings, which I was told was done wrong also. He left the. Gas vent, it's now electric the ground wire is not connected. I was told if the hot water tank was to fall threw it could be very dangerous!
