I have been very pleased with Three-D drilling! Their office manager, Kelly, is a great communicator! She reliably answers the phone (if you think that's not important, try calling some of their competitors), responds to e-mails immediately, and in short ensured that I got fast, accurate answers to all my questions.
The water well diggers were very careful not to damage my property, and they worked quickly and efficiently. The well they dug is working perfectly, as is all the internal plumbing that was required. 3D does top-notch quality work.
My well digging situation was especially challenging. I had an existing well (dug by another contractor) that slowly stopped producing, so over a period of about a year I had 3D install a storage tank and booster pump, then later another well. I had 3D deliver water to my tank several times.
The people at 3D were very understanding of my difficulties, and worked hard to ensure I and my family had enough water to get by until their new well could be drilled.
