Mike is super nice, I did think prices were a little high but he did put in the contract that a retreat would be free of charge and so in late October, he did come back out and re treat. We did have 70's temperature in early to mid October 2021. I have some bad news, his Sister Cindy called me 1-21-22 to say Mike had passed away and asked to use Cort Pest his parent company as a back up. Mike, you will be missed by MANY! We were going buggy! Thanks to Mike, we are pest free!…read more He called me back right away and scheduled an appointment. He showed up with a mask on which was super appreciated. We discussed our pest issues and he got to work. He was here for about 30 - 45 mins. His prices are very reasonable ($190 for our treatment) and he does a thorough job. We had inside house treatment for spiders, creepy crawlies, and mice (that are sure to arrive at the weather turns cooler next month) and we had exterior carpenter bees and carpenter ants treatments on our cedar house and on several backyard trees. He also suited up and got rid of a ground yellow jacket nest for us. We will definitely use Mike and BUG OUT again!

Valiant came out at no charge at 30 days & refilled the boxes. This company goes above & beyond & I will be calling them in the spring to do another check.

But, without getting into too many specifics, he sent me a card a few weeks ago with a thoughtful message, his card, and a little something for my time. The next time I need pest service, I will not hesitate to give Witt another chance.

8 minutes ago NEW I…read moreuse the service for an entire year... There is no clear communication among the employees... During that year I was sold of service that was supposed to cover certain insects according to one person but then according to another it isn't. I had mice and I was told various things from various employees who tried various methods it took six months for them to even find where they were coming in when one guy came in and found it in five minutes... There's no proper training there is no good communication this is definitely a mill of a company that works at high volume for profit and does not care about your personal issues or problems. When I reach out to them are getting back in just three months after service stops after one of the employees told me the holes they were using inside the house were permanent fix which they were not and I have since verified even the company says they were not but because they don't train their employees the customer suffers by being told misinformation every corner of the way. More alarmingly they used chemicals that were not pet safe when one person said their pet the manager came and said no they should've never used that... Additionally, they hung flypaper to get rid of the flies caused by the dead mice that they weren't finding and subsequently attracted more flies I didn't know that this was a problem so one of the managers came out. It shouldn't take one of the managers coming out six or seven months into your treatment to finally get the ball rolling correctly. When I reach out to them with all these issues all I wanted was them to have a supervisor or manager get back to me regarding my service to ensure that if I hired this company again That this job would be done right and I would not have issues and to receive clarity because of all the misinformation I received from the employees and they were not even willing to do that without charging before I restarted service. I would avoid them altogether and I hope this cost more money than it would've cost them just to send someone out to make me feel comfortable hiring and get. Well guess what I'm not hiring them again they couldn't even be bothered to call me back and the representative I spoke to had a real attitude problem And forget to even listen to the customer. Avoid avoid avoid avoid!

Bee Control offers services such as preventing, removing, and exterminating bees, hornets, wasps,…read moreand yellow jackets. I noticed that I had yellow jackets flying in and out of a hole in an exterior wall of my house. Last year, one of my neighbor's had mentioned Bee Control, so I looked up this company on Yelp and Google. I called the business's phone number, and the owner Steve told me a rough price and his available appointments. A few days later, an employee arrived at my house on time. He spoke very courteously to me. He looked at both the exterior and interior of my house. He drilled holes in an interior room so he could apply a product to kill the yellow jackets, and he applied a residual chemical to the exterior wall. He also noticed and removed an old hornets' nest from above my front door. The service lasted about one hour, and the total cost was a few hundred dollars, which I paid with a check. The employee told me that the yellow jackets' eggs will hatch over the next several days, but the colony should die within 21 days. If I still see yellow jackets flying around after 21 days, then I should call Bee Control to return for another treatment. Update: Over 21 days have passed, and I no longer see yellow jackets.

After hearing a weird clicking noise by our bedroom window for weeks, we were able to pinpoint…read morewhere it was coming from in the wall. We found a hole in the brick outside of our bedroom window with a steady stream of yellow jackets flying in and out. It explained why we had recently been finding an occasional one inside our home too. We immediately started call all the "bee people" that we could find and they either were not accepting new clients or had a month wait. I was panicked because we were stuck in a time crunch. We had windows being installed in a week and a half from when we discovered the hive in the wall. I reached out to A2Z at 8:00 am and immediately got ahold of Sheri who was so knowledgeable, kind and reassuring! I explained the situation and sent her the video we had taken. Scott was at our house treating that same day. He came back every single day until they were gone. I can't express my gratitude enough. It was very nerve wrecking to know that thousands of bees had made their home in our bedroom wall. Thanks to their quick action, we are bee free and can keep the scheduled window install that we've been waiting for.

I just now had the pleasure of meeting Scott when he arrived for my 11am appointment right on time…read more I had called A2Z regarding a nocturnal critter that had taken up residence between the main and upper floor of my home, keeping us awake at night with its scratching noise. When Scott knocked on the door, he informed me that my problem was a squirrel, and showed me where the critter was getting in. When he arrived he had noticed a squirrel using the Comcast cable as a bridge between a front yard tree and the house and following the cable, found the critter entry hole before knocking on my door. Since A2Z does not deal with squirrels, he recommended that I call a trapper to address the squirrel problem and seal the access hole. Despite having driven several miles to my home, Scott did not charge me anything for his service call. His fairness and honesty is very much appreciated, and guarantees that A2Z will be my pest control service for any future pest control needs. Thanks Scott!
