I was asked to have someone be there 30 minutes before the movers were scheduled to be there. I had queried whether to have the movers would like to utilize a basement bay or the front door. They called 20 minutes after the window and said they would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes after the 2 hour window they called back saying that they were at the basement bay. I informed them that I was told that they would prefer the front door. It was not until 60 minutes after the 2 hour window that they made it to the office. It took them 15 minutes to move the truck from the back of the building to the front. They were pleasant enough. They moved the items to where they needed to go.
