Today, after the second request for my information, I explained that I was tired of their harassment and wanted to speak to a manager. The cashier claimed he was a supervisor. I explained last time I walked out, and that he could either accept I wasn't providing personal information or keep the item. He proceeded to ring it up, then continued badgering me with all the reasons they wanted the information while my credit card processed. Shop elsewhere.

I foolishly did not check the product by opening it or squeezing it, duh NOT. So they will not exchange it or refund it, both packages are bad, $3.58 thrown away.
