We were a party of 11 and they moved us to two different locations over a two week period and dropped us back at the airport - seamlessly. Communication was great, every driver was prompt, and they often arrived early. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and all of the drivers were safe, calm, and professional. Florida traffic can be pretty hectic, so we really appreciated how careful and responsible they were, especially while traveling with our kids. We had Debbie twice, Jenny once, and another gentleman for our fourth ride. Everyone was friendly and provided great service. Jenny and my wife talked for almost the entire ride from Port Canaveral back to Orlando. She told us about the company, how it is family-run, and how her family grew the business over the years. It was a very enjoyable ride and made the experience feel much more personal. Debbie also went above and beyond when my son left his sunglasses in the car. She made sure they were passed along to another driver so we could get them back. Sunny Transportation made every transfer easy and stress-free. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone traveling around Orlando, Disney, or Port Canaveral.

It took 5 weeks to see a fraction of the money I paid for a service I didn't use. Super Shuttle is overpriced, not dependable and they did not refund my money for my return trip that I never took. We just returned from Orlando today and have to say I do regret not contacting Clint/Mariah. Initially our plan was to arrange transportation and request for Erick but since we decided to fly with an airline we have not flown before and not knowing what to expect (delays, etc.), I decided to wing it and just call Uber when we landed. Nothing wrong with Uber as the service was quick but my 3 kids definitely preferred Erick. I don't know how many times they kept asking me where was Erick and if Erick was going to pick us up again. Every time a blk SUV pulled up to the curb they got excited and asked if it was Erick haha even for our outbound flight today, they asked me if I can call Erick.
