Very disappointing experience. I would not hire this electrician again…read more I hired Andrew and his team to rewire a house during a major renovation. Unfortunately, the project became extremely frustrating because of poor workmanship, repeated scheduling problems, poor material management, and a lack of follow-through. 1. Work repeatedly had to be checked and corrected. After I was told the rough-in work was finished, I found multiple wires still not properly connected at the electrical panel and several outlets without power. I reported the issues and was told they would be fixed, but after multiple return visits, I was still finding unresolved problems. The HVAC/heat-pump wiring was another example. The indoor unit required 208/230V, but it was connected incorrectly. I specifically brought this to Andrew's attention. He told me they needed to check the manufacturer label, even though the required voltage was clearly printed on the unit. Later I was told it had been corrected. Because of the previous problems, I checked it myself again and found that it was still only getting approximately 110V. They had to come back yet again. What bothered me most was that I could not rely on being told that something was "finished." I repeatedly had to go to the property myself, test the work, take pictures, and report the same or additional problems. 2. Poor material and job-site management. During rough-in, light fixtures that were intended to be installed later were left at the construction site while many other trades were still working. By the time we reached the trim stage, some fixtures could not be located and others were dirty, so I had to purchase additional fixtures. The electrical panel cover was also not installed and later could not be found. I eventually had to purchase another panel/cover just to get the correct cover. 3. Scheduling was extremely unreliable. Before the trim stage, I specifically asked Andrew how much advance notice he needed. He told me about one week. I scheduled approximately 10 days in advance. Despite that, the trim work dragged on for more than two weeks. On one scheduled Friday, I took the entire day off because his crew was supposed to come in the morning. Nobody showed up in the morning. Someone finally arrived in the afternoon, looked around, accomplished very little, and left. Similar scheduling problems happened repeatedly. Yet later I was told that the delays were because I had not scheduled early enough, which did not match our written messages. 4. Even minor inspection corrections took far too long. After the inspection, only relatively small corrections remained. Instead of resolving them promptly, different people came to the property multiple times, and the process dragged on for roughly two months before everything was finally completed. 5. The final stage was especially frustrating. My house was preparing to go on the market, so I repeatedly explained that completing the electrical work was time-sensitive. Instead of focusing on resolving the outstanding issues, near the end I was told that I needed to pay the remaining contract balance before they would continue the work. This was particularly frustrating because throughout the project, whenever Andrew sent me an invoice for completed work, I paid promptly. I was not someone who had repeatedly failed to pay him. I understand that renovation projects can have unexpected issues and that mistakes can happen. My problem was not one isolated mistake. It was the pattern: work being called finished when it was not, me discovering problems myself, repeated return visits, poor scheduling, missing materials, and a lack of ownership when problems needed to be corrected. I have photos and text-message records documenting the timeline and many of the issues described above. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. I heartily recommend Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of…read moreEverett for your landscape and property lighting needs. From dusk until dawn our new low voltage landscape lighting exceeds our expectations both in the impact on the aesthetics of our property while simultaneously enhancing night time security. The lighting products provided are really nice and appear first in construction. The installation by Bill and crew was great. The new lighting system is an organic part of the landscape itself; and the down lights placed on the white fencing are awesome. I found Rob the owner to be straight forward, and easy to do business with. He and every team member is committed to project excellence though out their process. (They even replaced a fence post and several tops they weren't 'part of the job' just to make sure everything about the final product was perfect.) Finally, Rob's company is about service beyond the sale...and will be able to provide maintenance and upkeep moving forward to make sure our lighting system stays as nice as it is today.

They sent the bid and texted to let me know it was sent. I accepted the price and Ron came out to begin at the time he said he'd come. I had a couple items that didn't show up on schedule so we needed to have him come back to finish the shower door and finishing work, and they fit it in as soon as possible. He was nice to us and our kids and was a pleasure to have around. When I realized I wanted to add more jobs, he gave me good quotes quickly. He did a Fix it job on my upper dish washer rack, put up two replacement lights with dimmer in my kitchen, replaced my powder room light and replaced my old pedestal sink with a vanity I purchased and a light I bought and some accessories for TP and towels and painted the powder room. He also nailed some loose trim and put up a barndoor and a shower door. I had water damage from a poorly installed previous contractors shower door and he made any sign of that damage disappear as well as helping make a bad tile job look less obvious by putting in a cool trim piece over some of it. He even grooved out the back of the trim to make it level. Ron was fantastic and took his time to find the best answer to some of my problems and most importantly, he helped restore my faith in good contractors. Thanks Ron and Tawny!
