I was quoted one price and charged another!! And, their mistake was financed, hence the countless attempts to contact them on my part. After 3 months, and again more countless attempts to contact them, I got an email saying they'd be mailing the $348.00 check. its been 2 months. Never came. Contacting the BBB next ! They obviously said they'd email the check to get me off their back.

What an amazing experience we had with City Bee Deck & Railing! Not only did they install a beautiful custom made railing on my interior stairs and the bridge that connects both sides of my upstairs, they also coordinated with their subcontractor, Prymych Home Services, to replace my carpeting with LVP flooring. City Bee ran both the railing and flooring projects so I had one quote, one contract and one project manager. Their price was very competitive, they did high quality work, and they finished in a timely manner. Oleksandr, the owner, project managed everything and made himself available all throughout the project. He was very responsive to all my questions and provided thorough answers so I could understand the technical aspects of the work. And when I wanted a couple of small changes they were accommodated cheerfully without impacting the project timeline. I highly recommend City Bee and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

They were communicative, on time, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. Joseph came out to do the estimate. He was knowledgeable and addressed any question I had during and after the estimate Austin was the electrician who came to do the work. Great communication, fast and I could barely tell anyone had been here to work in my house. It was as clean as I left it My house is older and I'm sure the low pitch roof was a challenge. I had no fan in my master bath (I planned to add one when I had my roof done 4 years ago and had a vent installed then) But I am on cloud nine at how it turned out I'll be having them back for the two other rooms I want done

I then got notified by Qmerit that my project was cancelled. I called Qmerit and got reassigned to Seahurst. After not hearing anything for a week I called Qmerit. I explained my lack of any communication from Seahurst regarding this project. Qmerit tried contacting Seahurst and they heard nothing back from them after three days. Qmerit assigned me new contractor due to Seahurst not responding to the status of this project. The new contractor gave me a quote for my installation in one day. Seahurst's lack of communication or follow up to calls and emails lasted over a month.

Ilya and his crew supplied images detailing the damage the the plan as he moved forward, keeping us informed the entire time (as this was more of an exploratory style of job, since we were unsure how deep the rot would go). He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. We're grateful for his work quality and have recommended him to friends over the years, as well.

He was…read moredifficult to talk to on the phone, because he talked over me & didn't seem to comprehend anything I was saying to him without my explaining it several times. After booking my appointment weeks in advance (he couldn't get me in sooner than that?), he was a COMPLETE NO-SHOW. Apparently, even my texting him earlier on the same day of that first missed appointment didn't make him realize that we had an appointment that day. After he didn't show, I called him, & he rescheduled for the very next day (why did it take him weeks to get me in before?). And then he canceled the SECOND appointment an hour or two before the appointment window was ending, so effectively, a no-show 2 days in a row. (I had taken 2 days off work for him.) He told me he "didn't do" the floor repairs I needed an estimate of, though he had scheduled me for exactly that in the first place, & prior to the FIRST missed appointment, he already had photos of my flooring. Then he never texted back after just telling me he wouldn't help me. His communication was consistently slow or absent. One of the worst parts was that when I wrote a complaint about him on Yelp, he had the nerve to reply & say he had never heard of me & that we had never done business together, not realizing I've got ALL the receipts--incoming & outgoing phone calls to his phone number, and texts showing exactly what he said to me & when he said it--he even signed his name to those texts. When I called him out on his outright lies, telling him I could prove it, he literally immediately deleted & rewrote his reply to me to be all sweet and apologetic, which REPLACED the answer where he basically called me a liar & said he had no idea who I was and that we had never been in contact. (He replied that to someone else awhile back, too. Makes me think that was a lie as well.) Ilya is a DOUBLE NO-SHOW, an outright liar, & a real piece of work. SUPER shady.
