Three things needed to be done and they were 0 for 3 in not only assessing what needed to be done, but repeatedly kept getting it wrong and inexplicably wanting to say it wasn't their fault that they didn't assess things as thoroughly as a professional place would. In fact, it was much worse than that, which is bad enough. But the real probem is that they simply wouldn't/can't/don't accept ANY responsibility for anything. They even came close to turning on each other when others weren't around, implying that they, specifically, wouldn't have made the mistakes that the ever-elusive and vague 'someone else' did. Don't waste your time here - the frustration they cause is exhausting and certaonly not worth the time and/or grief.

He lost my rear windows which cost me over $1000 to replace. In addition, the undercarriage had gaps that you could drop your keys through. To repair I had to remove his undercoat and patch the holes at a cost of $800. Plus there were several drips in the paint job. My biggest problem is he refuses to return my calls that help me out. Instead, Scott misdiagnosed the issue and performed an unnecessary repair that ultimately caused additional damage to my car. Within 24 hours of leaving the service, all of the oil had leaked out due to an incorrectly installed part. As a result, I had to take my car to another mechanic, who was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem--something Scott was unable to do. When I contacted Scott to explain the situation and request a refund, he initially refused. After pressing the issue, he said he would "get back to me," but never did. I made multiple attempts to reach him via phone and text, all of which were ignored. I have still not received a refund and am now pursuing further action to address the damages caused. This was an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
