My daughter was in a car accident hear Nanuet (2 hours from where we live), but I grew up in this county and called a friend who called his mechanic who said that this is the only place he sends his customer. They were understanding, professional, and early with the car, which we needed by a certain date. Very bad experience with this place. They promised me a week or so, once they had the supplemental insurance they said they needed, so I didnt opt for a rental car. FIVE weeks later I got my car after begging, pleading, arguing...will never use them again and I don't suggest you do either unless you got nothing but time on your hands. read more

Had the greatest body-shop experience imaginable here yesterday. I was down the road parked in a parking lot and someone crashed into my open door. The crash didn't do any physical damage to the door, but it bent the hinge slightly so that the door was askew and wouldn't close. I called them and they told me to bring the car right over. When I got there the guy inside (I believe his name was Brandon) immediately stopped what he was doing and came out to look at my car. Without hesitation he grabbed one of his guys, asked him to stop what he was doing, and had him come over to bend my door back into the right position on the hinge. He closed the door, dropped the keys in my hand, and said "have a nice day my friend"...didn't charge me even a dime!! I was in and out in 10 minutes, my car was back to normal, and they did it FOR FREE! I work right up the road in Nanuet, so it's nice to know there is a friendly neighborhood body shop I can turn to if I have an issue. They really made my day, so thanks for that! read more
