Renew auto repair collision Ben 33b route 59 Nyack NY 10960 I had my 2001 Mercedes Benz E320 fourmatic Completely restored by Renew auto repair collision last year. Renew is the only shop that services my Mercedes Benz. My (ABS) anti-lock braking system or anti-skid braking system lights went on which created numerous other problems including it showed the engine fan is inoperative. I had to take the vehicle under an emergency to other shops who started to take lucky guesses with this problem. As soon as noticed they started talking about change parts like I was a millionaire I had to call Ben at Renew again. Ben advised me to bring the vehicle directly to the shop. He stayed with the vehicle and analyzed it, the real problem was the vehicle high tech battery. He ordered installed it (no after market parts ) and my vehicle operates and looks better than the new vehicles. I would seriously advise anyone who want to repair , paint or restore their vehicle to call Ben at Renew. I have never met a more honest business man like Ben and every employee that works their. I was greeted by a friendly kid, who offered further assistance by speaking with the owner. My story to him was, my car front end started to "shimmy" .... I was on my way to my boyfriend's funeral, in the Bronx. The owner took the time to pull my car in, to talk to my mechanic, put some transmission fluid in the vehicle and did some diagnostic stuff. He even took a test drive with me. *Of course it didn't do what it had done on my drive down.* I had never been there, AND they were a collision center. I drove away, blown away at how professional these guys were, how knowledgeable they were with my Honda, and empathetic to my situation. P.S. I had to drive back to the Bronx a day or so later. I realized that at a certain point on the NYS Thruway SB, the feel of the pavement completely changes. To the point where I could feel it under my front tires, big time. I just had the best experience fixing my car I have to share this. My car had been rear ended and I was afraid the whole bumper would fall off. I brought it to Renew Collision Center, and Ben the owner took a look at it. He snapped everything back into place, and fixed the sides within two days, the paint job was superb. While I was there I heard three customers were raving about his service and how they don't trust anyone else with their car. It put a smile on my face to know I was in good hands. Wow, what a great job this place did on my car! I had some bumper damage from my Pontiac getting hit while parked, and after Ben and his team did their work, it looks like nothing ever happened! Even the paint color is perfectly matched. I'm normally super picky with my car (my G8 GT isn't exactly a common vehicle), but the repair work to my bumper is truly excellent.
