Insults during the ride to Doc's Auto Body in Haverstraw were nothing compared to the realization after I was safely in Kingston that he had charged me $20 more than stated on the invoice. The total is $201 just for the tow. Three phone calls failed to correct this mistake. I am 82 but even a youngster shouldn't be subjected to this mistreatment.
