The foreman has over 30 years experience and it shows. They did a great job, with great attention to detail. It was done in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. They were very accommodating to our requests, and even removed the tree root that had damaged our walkway for no extra charge. We would not hesitate to use their services again for any concrete work. I have included before & after pictures of the project.

My sister and I submitted this order in person. Initially, Bill said to give him a week. At 2…read moreweeks, I called and got to speak with Bill, he stated that he'll be done with them the next day and insisted he'll call me. No call ever came. At 3 weeks, I called again. Then Bill states, "Oh those have been done and I was waiting for your call." Both conversations were witnessed by my sister. So, I finally picked up my order after 3 weeks and was really disappointed in the quality of work. You can barely read the engraving. They charge $7 per pendant engraving, total of 10 pendants, so $70. I was sooooo disappointed in the quality. Then he offered them for free, which I should have accepted and walked out, but "Bill" did do the work and I didn't feel right at the time not paying anything. So I paid $50. I get home and take a closer look at the pendants, they're all scratched up as if just tossed in a pile of junk. No care was put into this at all. When I dropped off the pendants, they were brand new and in great condition. At that time, I had informed Bill that the pendants are going to hang on my Mother's urn. This is absolutely unacceptable so I will be returning on Monday to get a refund of the $50 dollars PLUS each pendant cost of $8.75 each. $87.50 plus $50. I am due $137.50! Even if they, themselves, purchased the pendants to replace these and redo the engraving, I can no longer trust them. I should have looked into Yelp in the beginning, the 2 previous reviews are quite telling! If they had no experience in doing this type of engraving, they should have owned up to that from the beginning! This was the worst engraving work I have ever seen!! Just look at the photos and see for yourselves!

As soon as order was put in, quickly contacted for an appointment to go over my order, then another for sizes then a 3rd for placement. I almost ordered the wrong shade of green not only for the jacket but for 6 patches, a name plate and custom back art the first woman helping me caught it by pulling up school to have reference on what I was aiming for to make sure we were happy. She saved me from a HUGE OPPS. customer service 10/10 from allllll the employees I've come into contact with. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I walked away from an original order that was ok... not so sure how to order what I was wanting but this is alright. To omg this is better than I could've imagined. How I'm so excited to be able to hand my daughter such a beautiful jacket is just filling my heart with so much joy. There was a hiccup and it is delaying the jacket about 3 more weeks. However most of her patches were done and they sent pictures to just show me what they had gotten done and let's just say so worth the wait. I am for a fact going to be bragging about this company for years to come, in hopes to send more business there way. I'm just in awww even with the little bit more of a wait and even though I am not a very patient person. I know this jacket is going to be so worth the wait, every dollar spent and for that I will be forever grateful. What a beautiful experience. The picture is the few patches done as of earlier this week. If you're looking for a letterman you will love or even just patches look no further.
