Ryan and Dan tore out the old and installed the new slider, window and patio screen, using their skill and knowledge to shim up the frame where original frame measurement discrepancies were discovered, enabling a perfect fit for the new frame. Two weeks later they returned to install the correct window, but had failed to measure the security doors. So now they are unable to install the security doors. We are over a month beyond the original install date and the project is still not completed. We choose this company, despite costing significantly more than others and have been very disappointed with their professionalism and lack of respect for their customers time.
