Upon inspection of our roof, he took notes, photos and explained the entire re-roof process, as well as answered patiently every question that both me and my husband had. Called them and they responded promptly to repair which I assumed was free but after the repair they charged me over $300 stating it was a flashing leak. So I paid them. On Christmas eve 2025 it leaked again in the same 2 places they had repaired in January causing the same interior damage again, I called and Eugene said they would be out 12/26/25 to take care of it. They never showed up and never called I attempted to call but got no answer. I guess once they have lots of your money you are of no priority to them. Don't trust them. I ended up having it repaired by others.
