I'm big on Communication, flexibility, and value when it comes to hiring people. My bar might be low though. I also love it when a human answers the phone and I can get an estimate immediately. Bobcat had all these things. Others wanted me to leave a message and wait for a call back. I don't have time for that. I had a small window for the service and they worked with my schedule. The screens were done quickly and looked great. I've replaced screens myself numerous times so I know it's supposed to take about 2 hours per screen. They were done with 4 in about an hour. Had been given what I thought was a reasonable quote. Paid required down payment. Kyle is a one man operation trying to compete with big business. Instalation of retractable screen door is poorly constructed. Has gaps and does not sit plumb. Contacted to schedule repairs via text. Repair was scheduled but never showed up. They didn't even reply to text message when asked why repair was a no show. Sent emails on file with no responses as well. Have to hire someone else to make the repairs. They also tried to charge an additional $90.00 for three paypal transaction fee. Pal pal said the fee is responsibility of the seller of goods. I have texts and emails and pictures regarding trying to resolve this. Have had to escalate a portion of the payment through paypal for partial refund. Very very very poor service! ES read more

He came to our house within a couple days after the call and gave a great estimate. He measured all 19 of our windows and returned in the morning and installed them all. They are heavier duty than any when have had and they are just perfect! Great service. I want everyone to know...I called a few companies, of course to have the best deal, dependability, product and service. Arrival was on point and completed in time, promptly and efficiently. Workmanship on point. The cost so affordable! They beat the rest of the companies I called. I had an odd situation for one of my screens, the tenant had created his own by taking big nails and just hammer away on the outside of the window a makeshift screen. I sure do appreciate how they took the care to remove the makeshift screen, and place a beautiful screen as I stucco and repainted. Wow wow wow and wow. Answered the phone, said they'd call back with an appointment time. Called back with a time, said it would be the next day at 2:30. Next day comes and wait for it.................. They showed up at 2:29. The price was different than the price quoted on the phone. It was $1 less. I had them put in a new screen door on my slider. Ever since it was installed the screen was already coming out. They did come to repair it but it happened again not to long afterwards. It also makes the worse sound when opening the screen door. It was not installed or made properly and I will be calling another company soon to repair it. I did call them and left a message that it needed to be repaired but I never got a response. They have done work for us before and I have been satisfied but this time unfortunately I was not. read more

I ordered a screen from them in 2019 and before they left on installation day I could tell there was a problem with it. The bottom of the screen comes out from the spline and I have had to call them 4 times to repair it. It was very obviously cut too short which means the spline does not hold the screen in, its too short. This year I called again because it has come loose again. Kyle, the young man, told me it was my animals fault. he said, "it takes very little pressure for it to come loose. According to him, my 15 lb cat pulled it out. Then in order to show me how well attached it was he hauled off and punched the door. Before he arrived there was only apprx 3 inches of screen out, but after he punched it, over a foot was loose. The way that he spoke and his need to punch the door caused me to feel unsafe with him in my home. He didn't fix the damage he caused He said that they would schedule a time to have it rescreened. I don't understand how just a little pressure will cause it to come loose if he needed to punch it, HARD, to make it come out. They were going to charge me to rescreen something that was not done right in the first place. I had another screen installed by different local mobile screen company on a different door within a month of the one Bobcat installed. That door is constantly scratched and pushed on by my two 70lb dogs, that one has no problems. Hasn't come loose and they didn't insult my intelligence by telling me that I had, "misconceptions about screens." I would not suggest you allow Kyle into your home nor will I purchase my next screen from them. read more

Terrible service. I had an appointment at 1:00 and she didn't even show. I called her at 1:40 and she said she was sorry she is behind because of the wind. I mean she has a phone, she could have called. No way to do business at all! I told her don't even bother coming out. So disappointed!! read more
