I've used them before. What a wonderful company they're right on top of everything but window was replaced in a very short time. The workers were excellent very polite and professional highly recommend them. If you're in the high desert or not. read more

My 1979 home's heavy, metal-framed patio sliding glass door frame had seen better days as it had become like a strongman competition event trying to drag (scrape) the door back and forth across the slightly bent track as if there were no wheels underneath to guide it. After providing an estimate in Mid-May and giving my approval that day, there was a bit of a wait on the supplier's end for the replacement product to arrive at AV Glass wherein they came out almost a month later as soon as it came in. Ryan and Dan tore out the old and installed the new slider, window and patio screen, using their skill and knowledge to shim up the frame where original frame measurement discrepancies were discovered, enabling a perfect fit for the new frame. Very friendly and professional people from office to installation. Very happy to recommend their service. read more

Mike and Connie at Apple Valley Glass are the best. They are very responsive to questions or concerns. They answer the phone in a timely manner. They keep you up to date on what is going on every step of the way from ordering materials to installation. And, last but not least, the pricing was very fair. My mom had her two sliding glass doors replaced. Mike went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. And when my mom was worried about the ongoing storm, Mike even came back out to assure her that the new sliders would be able to handle the onslaught of rain. You can tell that Apple Valley Glass takes pride in and stands behind their product. I would definitely use them again if I ever had a need. read more

The sliding door at our rental property was terrible. The track was badly damaged and it would not allow the door to slide open or closed. One company recommended a full replacement. We are super happy to have found Apple Valley Glass they recommended a track replacement which was a lot less in total cost. They also got the job done quickly which was a big benefit to us. With several rental homes in Apple Valley, Victorville, and Hesperia we are glad to have found a great company. read more

Great place for all your glass needs. They came through for me when I needed help. Thank you

Poor customer service and expensive. They didn't even look at my windows I brought to fix. They assumed they were tempered glass and told me they have to order glass. Wouldn't you think this large glass company would stock glass. My windows were simple small kitchen windows. read more

Professional and friendly staff. They would be 5 stars if they can coordinate the job faster.

I am very happy I chose this company to replace some windows in my home. They have good prices and give excellent service. Connie at the front desk was helpful and efficient. The three installers--Bert, Danny, and Gabby--were friendly and professional. They did high-quality work, especially on a window with difficult access. A special shout out goes to Bert, who really went the extra mile to help me with some window issues. I highly recommend this company! read more

Needed a piece of tempered glass for a shelf and they came through! Will keep them in mind for all my glass needs.

They recently did a fantastic job on the two large picture windows on the rear of our home in Apple Valley. Very professional, very courteous ! I would definitely recommend them. We haven't received that level of courteous, competent professionalism in a long time and it was a breath of fresh air. Thanks, Mike! (and crew) ! read more

These guys were so nice and so helpful. I needed to have the glass replaced in an antique. They replaced it and did such a great job you can't even tell the glass was thicker. (Wanted tempered glass instead of the plate glass). read more

I recently purchased a screen door from A.V. Glass and it is a reminder to me why I should avoid small businesses. Aside that it took them a week to get something the big box guys have on the shelf, the product itself is ugly. I can't imagine any person who wasn't blind looked at the 4 black screws protruding from the white frame and thought this looks good. I would have been embarrassed to sell this product. read more

Mike and his people took care of my shattered patio sliding glass door with ease and in a timely manner. As soon as I called them with my inquiry about a shattered glass door, his staff personnel visited my house the same day and gave me the estimate. They told me that they have to order this double pane glass and can get it fixed as soon as they receive the shipment. Everything went on smoothly and my glass door was fixed in a timely manner and to perfection. I will highly recommend them if you need any glass work done. read more

What a great establishment. My wife and I ordered shower doors and are extremely happy with everything. Ryan came out and measured, gave us some examples, we picked what we wanted then ordered. Mike called us to confirm what we ordered, then made it happen. Glad to have a local business to patronize and not the big box store.. will be recommending to anyone needing anything glass related. read more

Apparently, they never let their dead horse lie! He continues to poke & poke, maybe because he's still miserable. Anyway, as funny as he finds this, I hope you don't make the same mistake. Just know that if you end up with issues, he will HAUNT you for several years after the fact (see his comments for the proof). Anyway, I won't waste more of my time, it's too precious:). read more

Excellent service and a job well done! I needed to replace my patio slider wheels. I was tired of my door being hard to open and decided it was time to get it fixed. I called on Monday and they came out Tuesday and told me they would have to order the wheels and would call me back by the end of the day. They did call me as promised and told me they had the wheels and would be out the next day. Wednesday morning came and we got a call from Mike saying he was sorry but he had sent his guys home because it was raining and he didn't realize he had a work order that day and they would be out the next day. I was slightly irritated just because my husband had canceled an appointment because of the install time. I told Mike fine just come tomorrow and hung up. I immediately received a call back from Mike saying he was calling someone back and he would be out ASAP. The installer came and I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was awesome. Super friendly and he did a great job getting my door fixed up. It rolls like it is brand new. I know it wasn't an easy job because the door was super tight and difficult to get out. He probably could've used some help, but he was able to get it by himself and that was impressive. I am super happy they came back and completed the job. That is great service all around and they will be my go to glass shop from now on! read more

Mike (the owner) has been serving our community for decades with excellence. I've always trusted his at his word and so does anyone who knows him personally. Mike forgot more about glass than anyone I know and always gives me a straight up answer on what can be done and how much, which is usually very reasonable. I trust Mike and Apple Valley Glass with my glass and window needs and so has Apple Valley for many years. I absolutely recommend Apple Valley Glass. read more

Very disrespectful when talking on the phone with this company. The gentleman that I was talking to on the phone didn't seem to make much sense. He said he had 20 years experience. I felt that he only had maybe six months. I told him I was gonna leave them a bad review and he said get in line. Very bad service for this company. read more

Went to Apple Valley glass on a few occasions to have some glass done and I highly recommend them. Their pricing is very competitive and fair. The staff is very knowledgeable and does real good work. I've had them replace fireplace glass, come out and do screens and glass windows. The only negative I can think of is it took a little longer than I expected to get it done. But it is not worthy of losing a star because I believe that it does take some time to get things prepared. I guess we are all kind of used to I want things right now. LoL read more

In my work as an attorney, executive, and professor, I routinely research, interview, and evaluate experts very carefully before hiring them. I also often get competing bids. I did so in this case. Mike and his crew are a top-notch professional window and screen repair outfit. They came out, gave an estimate, which turned out to be a wee bit higher than others, and yet they were willing to adjust their price to conform, and were polite and appropriate in every way, doing an excellent job -- they did the work they promised and in a timely, polite and positive manner. We are very pleased with their service and would use them again any time. We would not even bother with comparative estimates next time around. read more

Needed to replace broken glass on sliding restroom window. Called a couple other places first and when I called A.V.G the price was so much cheaper. When I arrived at the business, Mike was great. He saw a I had my hands full with the window and my 20 month son and even came out to help, very attentive. He explained they were busy and the glass would not be ready until the afternoon of the next day... He called me 3 hours later to tell me that not only was the glass ready, but he had already installed it back into the frame! TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORK, AWESOME ATTITUDE. read more

These guys always do a great job for us. On time, great prices and always a pleasure to see. My highest endorsement!

I have used Apple Valley Glass 3 times now. The first was due to a sliding glass door that had a worn out rail. Easy fix for them and cheap for me. The second: I had my bathroom remodeled. I needed a new glass enclosure for my shower. I got estimates from them and 2 other local glass places. They were the cheapest, plus, I asked for a picture of what the metal frame would look like holding the glass. They provided great pictures plus a computer generated schematic type photo. One of the other places only gave me a rough hand drawn picture. The third time I used them was for glass top for a buffet. They always do great work, they are extremely professional and friendly, and they are very reasonably priced. Apple Valley Glass is awesome and will always have my business! Thanks guys! One more thing I want to add...I noticed a nasty review below about having to call Mike up in regards to mistakes or whatever. On the shower enclosure, I did have one small issue, to which Mike sent guys back out. They fixed the issue, never once complaining or shifting blame. Very professional! Mike has always been very friendly when I come in or call. read more

Last year one of my sliding glass doors was cracked by a flying rock during one of our windy periods. It is an energy saving double paned door. Apple Valley Glass did a fantastic job repairing the door. I was referred to them by my insurance adjuster. Very proffessional intallation at reasonable prices. And this week I needed some small pieces of glass to repair a window. No problem. Had them cut and ready to go in a few hours. I would highly reccommend this business. read more
