Make reappointment, appointment time comes, technician calls off again. Do the same thing over a third time, they cancel AGAIN. Worst service and worst customer service ever. They keep changing appointment times to matches their schedule. Not everyone can be available at a minutes notice. Absolutely despicablely unprofessional and impudently inconsiderate and impertinent. They are quite peremptory with how they change and disrespect a client/customer's time. Service? None. Time? Disrespected. Value? Most likely to jack up the prices like their technician's ego.
