They just completed a 2 1/2 month project at my home, and to say I am pleased would be an understatement. The attention to detail, the professionalism shown, and most importantly, the end result speak for themselves. They did an amazing job in every area they touched (plant beds, new lawn, irrigation, lighting, etc.), which was top-tier work. This project was completed approximately 3 weeks ago, as of this review, and I believe the most recent work is a great indication of what to expect when hiring now. I also feel you get what you pay for... and under that premise, I would highly recommend 512 Landscaping because the finished product will exceed whatever expectation you started with. This, at least, was my takeaway.

I did get quotes from a few other companies and Sunlight Tree Service came in at the most affordable and I wasn't disappointed. It feels like a new back yard. They were able to remove all of the existing fence, cut a tree that was blocking the path and build everything in just over a weekend at a very affordable price. Fast forward to the past two months where Jarin made our vision a reality and I am BLOWN AWAY with how he has transformed our outdoor space. Unlike many contractors, Jarin takes time to listen. Not only that, he takes time to make recommendations based on future projects he's not yet contracted for. He first installed our 16x16 foot cedar plank pressure treated deck, paying close attention to how this deck would be part of a larger project. He made recommendations such as installing shorter steps on one side to make a natural walkway from opposite sides, to designing the stairs that lead to our firepit area in such a way that it's GORGEOUS. He heard my dream of having a sunket firepit and brought it to life! He made recommendations on size according to budget and even hunted down the exact type and color gravel we envisioned. He was always courteous and patient with response times and I knew every step of the way we were in great hands. Y'all...a sunken firepit is the ultimate Pinterest dream come to life. And then...I dropped another request. To help us install a 10.5ft x 6 foot outdoor movie screen because if you're going to be extra, just go for it! Once again, Jarin came to the rescue and made a design recommendation that fit not only our style but very specific needs to make it accessible and removable. The photos don't do it justice. We christened it this weekend and I am so happy to post this review for him. He's truly a professional and will deliver results worth every dollar you spend and more. He's even gone so far to help bring additional crew to work on exterior house repairs and in the future, house painting. If Jarin isn't available, I recommend you wait until you can hire him! You won't be disappointed.

Years ago I helped speak up at city council for part of Pillow road to be renamed after his KIA Delta Force brother. He had money for to build another home on his mother's property where he currently lives, and construction stuff, even won a $20,000 small claims lawsuit against a neighbor. Did Danny give me my money back? Nope, not one single penny, and I'm not the only neighbor he has screwed over.
