He takes the time to work carefully with my mom, explains the exercises, gives helpful advice, and constantly encourages her throughout her recovery. You can truly see how much he cares about his patients and their progress. We feel very comfortable knowing my mom is in such good hands. I also want to recognize Amber and Rubi at the front desk. They are always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. They make scheduling easy, answer our questions, and always make us feel taken care of from the moment we walk through the door. Their positive attitude genuinely makes our day better.

At 11:35a.m., I was finally called for my evaluation. About twenty minutes later, after a brief assessment, I was told simply to "come back when it doesn't hurt." By 11:55a.m., I was back out the door--just in time for their lunch break. In the waiting room, I noticed a tipping chart encouraging patients to calculate gratuities based on the total insurance payment, not just their co‑pay. That struck me as inappropriate for a medical setting. I came seeking relief, but left with no improvement and deep disappointment. The visit felt like a waste of time and money, and the experience left me questioning their professionalism and priorities.

Just "graduated" from close to 9 months of physical therapy after a surgery. It took some time but it is all worthwhile because it is for my health. Everyone in the office, from administrative staff to the therapists, was very friendly and helpful. All the therapists were knowledgeable and very patient. The massage that they did was crucial and helpful as part of the healing journey. I had experience in a couple of other places before I came to B&C, and B&C has been the best & would wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

Every therapist there is a highly qualified professional. I have worked with Tiffany and Ching for a back injury, and Amy and Boris for hip tendonitis. Previous therapists I saw before B&C would assigned an exercise and go off to be with another patient. Then yet another therapist would come along and assign another exercise. At B&C, you are with the same therapist for the entire session who spends 100% of their time working with you, focusing on your progress, and recording it in their database. They put time and thought into which stretches and exercises will work best for your needs. They truly care. My pain is gone and I now have a menu of exercises to keep in shape. Thank you to everyone at B&C!

Had about 6 sessions and every session he showed the same diligence in his assessments. He would take videos of my run form, give feedback and explain why certain movements can cause muscles strain/ discomfort! I had persistent knee pain that would not go away. I've tried massage, acupuncture, rest, stretching but nothing would resolve the issue. After 2 sessions with Jeffery, I started noticing significant improvement with pain relief and run performance. Every session Jeffery would build on the exercise and send videos/training schedule on an app. The app was very helpful, with daily reminders for exercises and help me adhere to my rehab goals. I've been pain free after my 6 session and would likely return for sessions to help with performances /strengthening exercises

I was referred to Dr. Jeffery Su by my partner, who found him via Yelp. I decided to go with Dr. Su…read moreafter researching all of my physical therapist options through my health insurance and found that they all had terrible Yelp reviews. The reason my partner liked Dr. Su was because he actually tries to help you without roping you into seeing him multiple times just to get money out of you, which I found to be very true - he was able to fix me in just 3 sessions. Paying the $165 per session out of pocket (still FSA/HSA eligible though), was well worth the money in my opinion because I was desperate to get better from my pickleball injury and get back to playing ASAP. Before coming to Dr. Su, I was trying to diagnose myself with ChatGPT and was following their prescribed regimen to heal myself. I wish I had gone to Dr. Su earlier because he was able to diagnose my issue in the first session and give me actionable strengthening exercises (he posts all the assigned exercises, with instructional videos, on the PtEverywhere App) to provide me with some immediate relief from the pain. Dr. Su said that I had strained my (sacrotuberous) ligament, which ChatGPT said would take 4-6 weeks to heal. After religiously doing my strengthening exercises for 4 weeks, I found that my pain was low enough to where Dr. Su approved my slow return to Pickleball and Aerial Silks (he's incredibly responsive via text). I found that as I would play, the same right side was continuing to give me trouble. So I went back to see him a 2nd time. At this session he was able to diagnose that my right hip was super tight and was impeding my recovery - he wasn't able to discover that during the first session because I was in so much pain that he was only focused on fixing that first. He used a strap to pull on my right hip to gain some mobility back, but it barely moved. The next couple of days I was incredibly sore but continued to religiously complete my newly assigned strengthening exercises along with foam rolling (if he forgets to posts the exercises on the app, just text him and he'll post them right away). Whatever he did to me, worked because by the 3rd day, my pain was gone! That along with the foam rolling was probably exactly what I needed too because I was able to easily move into my right front split without the tightness I had been experiencing for years! My follow-up appointment was a week and a half later with Dr. Su and I had no pain to report to him. He tested my right hip again and was able to finally get the head of my right femur to actually "bounce"/move normally during this 3rd session. He taught me some lifetime maintenance and strengthening exercises for my overall health and longevity for playing pickleball, which he posted on the app. He also sent me some links to adjustable home weights to help me save space in my apartment. I generally have trouble sticking to self-guided workouts but Dr. Su simplified them to just 25 minutes of exercises, twice a week. Hey - if that's all I need to keep playing pickleball without injury for the rest of my life, I'm sold. Sign me up!

I've been seeing Dr now since 2020 for all sorts of issues from back pain, knee pain, headaches, and more. I've seen several chiropractors over the years and had treatment after treatment with little to know relief. After just one visit, I feel instant relief!!! It's no wonder he has patients driving from long distances to see him. I no longer live in the area, but it's worth the drive just knowing I will be getting the care I need!

My wife…read morestarting researching for a chiropractor and found two: Her first choice never answered and the second was Dr. El-Souki's office. Thank God he responded. He immediately took my wife in, which the pain was so severe, I had to accompany her. Dr. Ismat started by asking questions which he immediately already knew what was wrong with her. Here is what he differs from others: * He loves his patients and has a deep passion for his work * He educates you on the issue with a goal in mind * He is always positive and encouraging * He goes out of his way to train you on how to stretch, pose, etc... * He works around the issue, as opposed to, going directly to it which is a lot more effective. * His office staff, especially Petra, is very friendly and always willing to help. After around 5 sessions, my wife is feeling a lot better. She is not in pain. As I was leaving, he noticed something on how i walked. He asked to see me. As it urned out, I had knee issues before which I had seen a different chiropractor a couple months ago. As it turned out, the issue was not my knee but my hip. Dr. Ismat took the time to evaluate me and after a couple sessions, I noticed a complete different way on how I walked and stood. Amazing!! The previous chiropractor only cared about making the money and prescribing unnecessary medication, whereas Dr. Ismat took the time to help me. He has helped my Mother-in-Law and soon my Mother. Dr. Ismat truly cares about people and we are blessed to have found him. Thank you God and Thank You Dr. Ismat!!
