I negotiated an out-the-door price of $41,250 on a 2024 Mustang GT Premium. After we agreed on the numbers, I was told that if I financed the vehicle instead of paying cash, the price would increase to $44,500, along with a 15% interest rate. What concerned me most was the lack of transparency. The numbers changed significantly from what had originally been discussed, and I also noticed over $1,000 in additional taxes/fees that I could not get a clear explanation for. I understand that my credit score is not perfect and that lenders may charge higher interest rates. However, changing the vehicle price based on financing and presenting numbers that did not match our previous agreement left me uncomfortable with the transaction. I chose not to purchase the vehicle because I did not feel confident that the final deal was being presented clearly and transparently. Buyers should carefully review every line of the paperwork and ask questions before signing. Update: The vehicle also had a salvage title and flood history, which made transparency even more important during the financing process. read more

BIG WARNING FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A CAR HERE Yeah, they'll tell you the cars have flood titles or rebuilt titles -- they don't hide that part. But the way they spin it is wild. They hype it up like the "high-quality inspection" magically brings the value back to normal. They talk fast, use fancy dealership words, and try to make you believe the car is worth clean-title money just because it looks good. But here's the truth: A bad title is a bad title. Flood. Rebuilt. Mileage rolled back. Once that's on the history, it's staying there forever. You'll never get your money back. You'll never resell it for what you think it's worth. And you'll always be stuck explaining that title issue to the next person -- if you can even find a buyer. These cars look amazing -- I'll give them that. They shine like brand-new, and that's what almost gets you. In the heat of the moment, with all that shine and excitement, it's easy to forget what you're really buying. But let's be honest: Pretty garbage is still garbage. Some of these cars have water damage you can't see. Some have rebuilt titles from who-knows-what. And the worst of all -- rolled-back mileage. That right there is an automatic NO. Unless you just got money to throw away, I'm telling everyone: Stay away. Go look if you want. Admire the beauty from a distance. But don't pull out your wallet. The salespeople are inexperienced, talk in circles, and try to distract you with shiny paint and smooth phrases -- but when it comes down to honesty, straight answers, and real value? Bottom line: NO. You've been warned. read more

Contrary to most of the reviews on this company, I had a very pleasant experience with these folks. I went in a few weeks ago to check out this 2021 G Wagon. Tommy was my Sales Associate, and he did a great job assisting me with this vehicle. Tommy took his time and allowed me to see the entire vehicle from under the hood of this G Wagon to the underneath! He answered all my questions and whichever ones he could not answer at that moment, he quickly went to find out from the Sales Manager. Upon taking a fun and quick ride in this awesome Mercedes, we headed inside to talk numbers. Although I did not purchase this G Wagon from Tommy at America's Xtreme Auto, I left feeling very satisfied that they would have my back in the event of the next purchase. Thank you for the great customer service and being patient. Gigi read more

Summary: Run!!! Don't ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership, no matter how good the deal seems to be. We are a newly immigrated family to the U.S., full of hope for a fresh start, until a nightmare began after purchasing a used Mercedes from this dealership. The vehicle cost over $35,000, but just six days after pickup, it broke down severely. Four days after a two-week repair, it broke down again on the highway, leaving our entire family stranded for two hours in a dangerous situation. The dealership never disclosed that the car had been salvaged or rebuilt. Instead, they misled us with claims like, "Flood cars are common in Texas. After a flood, vehicles in affected areas are automatically labeled as flood-damaged, even if they weren't actually flooded." They also said, "Many people claim flood damage just to collect insurance and buy new cars." After our experience, we found similar complaints from others online--buyers misled into purchasing flood vehicles. This shows it's not an isolated incident, but a long-running fraudulent sales scheme. The dealership lacks professional competence--repairs are slow, there's no loaner car, and no real compensation. Issues kept recurring, revealing their inability to diagnose or fix basic problems in high-performance vehicles. When we asked about warning lights staying on, they admitted they had no idea. How can anyone trust a dealership that can't explain its own cars' warning systems? Incident Timeline: July 7 (Delivery Day): Tire pressure warning. The dealer claimed it was a sensor issue from sitting too long. Severe fueling issue blamed on "bad gas pump." July 13: Car slow to start, showed "dead battery." replaced battery, but the car broke down and was towed--first major breakdown. Held for 2 weeks. July 28: After repair, battery warning is still on. The manager claimed it was due to using a different battery brand. Also claimed rough shifting would resolve after 50 miles. July 31: Second major breakdown on the highway. The car lost all power, and the family was stranded for 2 hours. Nearly caused a major accident. Professional Inspection Results: Mercedes-Benz and Firestone confirmed critical safety defects--battery failure, sensor damage, oil leaks, and electrical short circuits. We paid over $35,000 for a dangerous, unusable vehicle--plus over $2,000 in additional costs--only to be met with excuses, message deletion, and total refusal to communicate. Ironically, the day we bought the car, the salesperson left the company credit card in our vehicle. We waited over an hour to return it and received a grateful text thanking us for "saving his job." Yet they never extended the same honesty to us. I sent a formal complaint to their sales manager and company--no one has responded to this day. This shows complete disregard for customers. As new residents in Texas for less than a month, this experience has been shocking and disgusting. America's Xtreme Auto LLC not only betrayed our trust but also put our entire family's safety at risk. Strong Warning: To all potential buyers--stay far away from this dishonest dealership to avoid financial loss and emotional distress. We've already filed a complaint with the DMV, and an investigator is now conducting a full investigation. I hope this review helps others avoid falling victim to this unethical company. read more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE.....My Husband purchased a Ford Mustang from here, we have had the worst experience...Our car was delivered to Louisiana with the promise of it being in good condition...it hasn't been 6 months and we've needed rear end work and now the engine is no good, we are in constant battle and phones calls about the extended warranty we purchased and are not still sure if it will be covered...I was totally skeptical of his purchase and truly feel sick and cheated...My Husband and I are truly disappointed after a hefty down payment...please anyone looking to purchase from here do some research, I truly truly urge you to...signed a Disappointed Customer read more

Where do I start. I was drawn to this dealership because there was specific vehicle I loved and I saw it for an unbeatable price. Well the saying goes ... too good to be true. Here's the fine print- everything at this dealership has a branded title. What does that mean?! It has been totaled, flooded, or scrapped out. They bought it at auction and are now selling to you. The dealership said that the vehicle was in a flood zone but never flooded. I looked a G class that was on sale for $114k then dropped to 104k. I was absolutely in love. Until I go to pull out an auto loan. My Credit union does all of its due diligence... after I have them the VIN number ... only to find out the vehicle had (3) titles - salvage title (which I knew about), scrap title and a dismantled title which the sales guru failed to mention. The customer service wasn't bad but the deceptive tactics is why I am leaving one star. Oh and it gets better. Did I mention this place offers a whopping 60 day warranty! Don't walk RUN. Go somewhere on which they will give you a decent warranty, a quality vehicle and appropriate sales approach. read more

beware! beware! beware! do not buy from this dealership! the car i purchased had serious mechanical issues. if they had inspected it and made repairs as they said they did every issue would have been repaired before they sold it. these include: bad battery (which i saw and the said they would replace it while i waited) they did not! mismatched and underrated tires (safety issue) coolant system problems turbo charger problems transmission problems i have proof from a repair shop that these issues were in the vehicle when i bought it but the dealership refused to make the needed repairs. i have hired an automotive fraud\consumer protection lawyer to help me. read more

save your time go somewhere else. they sent out Escalade out with a valet key fob only. refuse to make things right

Terrible dealer kept getting told 5 minutes never got helped with don't waste your time

I bought a rebuilt AMG GTS with low miles. 3rd party inspection came out great and the car is in excellent condition, for an unbeatable price. I had a very good customer experience at this dealership, and would recommend Tristan as a salesperson at America's Xtreme Auto. Tristan was humble, knowledgeable, and service-oriented during the process of looking for my second vehicle. Will be back for my next one. read more

We initially thought things were going well.... However, they sold us a truck that we paid cash for that now we have to pay over 7,000 to fix. Their lead mechanic lied to us about the transmission. The company is fraudulent, the sales people are either ex cons or drug addicts and we were conned. PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES. We saw the red flags, we did not pay attention because the truck was "so pretty" on the outside... we have wasted so much time driving over an hour back and forth for their "mechanics" to tell us nothing was wrong with the truck. If this keeps just ONE person from losing their money and their time, then I feel like I didn't waste my time writing this. I will keep posting on every platform I can think of. Their 2400mile/2 month warranty is ONLY by word of mouth, they will not put it in writing. They are liars and cheats read more

BEWARE!!! PLEASE Read this , before signing your life away. I purchased a vehicle , thinking I would be "set for life". But sadly, that was a dream. 1. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and did not receive my tags/plates, until months later. This was after I continuously had to remind them about my plates.I even had to call the DMV , to understand what the hold up was. OF COURSE, the dealership failed to provide certain paperwork to the DMV. 2. Communication; The dealership will go to any extent to duck and dodge their customers. Yes. They will ignore your phone calls and send you in circles! "We will call you back". That is their favorite line to say. As soon as you hear this phrase, just know you will never hear from them again! 3. DAMAGES: The vehicle I purchased came with so many damages. Like , how did this car even pass inspection. Yes, They sold me a car with issues. I will gladly list them out: -Back brakes, back rotors, and sensors: Cost me $750 to change -Front brakes, front rotors, and sensors: -The drive belt is cracked -Broken engine mounts -Front/lower/drivers control arm/bushing cracked -Front/upper Drivers Control arm/bushing cracked -Front shocks damaged -'Rear shocks damaged -Axle is CRACKED YES I PURCHASED WARRANTY AND GAP INSURANCE.. And the warranty would not cover anything. SO WHY AM I EVEN PAYING FOR IT? The dealership is refusing to take accountability, own up to the issues or even call me back. They told me , "I am responsible for the damages". MIND YOU , I purchased this vehicle March 31st, 2023. PS. underneath the car, it is completely rusted. That means , this car was either flooded or was either driven through snow. This was not disclosed when I purchased the vehicle. Mind you, this car is supposedly from "Florida''. THE PEOPLE DESERVE THE TRUTH. Thank you. read more

THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE! They sold me a car that was a total loss by flooding, and didn't give me enough time to read through all the paper work as they were closing and wanted me out of there. The car they sold me almost took my 1 yr old son and I's life , as the motor or transmission literally POPPED AND BROKE DOWN as soon as we got off the freeway. I HAD THE CAR FOR 1 DAY AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME OWNERS INFORMATION OR MY DEPOSIT BACK. A CLOWN CIRCUS. read more

They sold me a vehicle and a GAP insurance policy that did not cover the vehicle that they sold me. I have been trying to get the claim paid since the vehicle was totaled in July. I have gotten nothing but the runaround and lies and false promises. It has been a nightmare. I've continued to have good faith that it will get resolved so I hate to resort to leaving negative reviews but BUYER BEWARE. I would hate for someone else to go through this. read more

I bought a car on 5/1/23 for $21500 which I paid cash , transaction was not that difficult but I left their office with the promise that I would receive everything needed to register and tag the car by mail , on 5/24/23 I received a endorsed title with date 5/18/23 and not the title that I was charged for in on original purchase order with me as the owner , endorsed titled had corrected miles and with a title reassignment form with less miles that the corrected ones on the title and date preceded the date of my purchase order (5/1/23) and with less miles that when I purchased the vehicle which DMV obviously rejected all , since dates doesn't make sense and because everyone know that miles correction on titles are not permitted ... Then I 've been calling them to correct the problem trying to correct the situation on their part but after talking in a loop for over 10 days and after pointing out the mistakes they have been refusing to help, saying that they can't do anything for me, I spoke with Luciano, Rene ( the rudest ) , a young guy that say they have so many problems that I should keep calling and eventually could be my turn and one other guy with a accent that kind of saw the mistakes done but later I couldn't go trough him since look like they cover for each other , so today finally I was told that I can literally put a Dealer complaint with the DMV if I want, thing that obviously I am gonna pursue and I even contemplating ad a lawyer since is free in DTPA in the State of Texas ... what a bad customer service and fake they are, I 'm wondering how many people show up in their place paying sticker prices and paying cash ? Bad experience !! , think twice ... read more

The day I test drove the car I brought up it was pulling to right, and backup camera was not coming on and was promised it will all be fixed tomorrow by 2. When I came the next day and signed the paper work, they tried to sneak in extended warranty until I pointed it out that I didn't approve this. Then they made me and my family wait for 4 hours, until 6:30 and kept lying saying car is fixed it just needs is to be cleaned. After countless times of them saying it will only be few more mins, we went to the back of dealership to see the car was not even being worked on. We were tired of waiting and were told to come back tomorrow with car and when we got in the problems were still there and it was not even cleaned inside nor washed outside. Nothing was done to it and to make it worse they handed me a key fob that was not original and didn't have the key inside so I can get in, in case battery if car died. They also didn't not even fill up the gas tank, and said first we have to leave a good review and then they will fill car with a full tank of gas. As I drove off the car alignment was also not fixed and I texted them right away. The very next day I got a check engine light and I texted them the picture and was told to come in that day, mind you I live an hour away and when I got there they made me sit and wait 4 more hours to tell me that they can't fix the issues today, and that I would have to leave it for 2 more days. The next I brought it back and left it for 2 days, and got text saying it's ready only to get there and neither was the camera fixed or the alignment, and the check engine light came back on once again after I drove off the lot. They reset the code, and filled 38 psi air on the bakc tires to try to fix the alignment problem. I talked to them once again, and the manager Reene said I would have to leave the car for 3 and a half more days. This is getting ridiculous I told him, I live an hour away and this would be the 4th time I am bringing the car back for the same issues, and they wouldn't even give me a loner car, When I texted him on thr 4th day to pick the car, he said we need it for another few more days and that 3rd party shop has my car, which was a lie as one of the other coworker there told me car is in the back being worked on. When I asked what's the name of this 3rd party shop, the manager said he does not know and he can't find out either..... I asked why is a car with only an alignment and backup camera taking this long, he reply's back rude and loud saying we don't have to fix anything, you can come pick up the car as is and that's that. Even tho I never should have let the parking lot with those problems, even tho they promised to fix these prombles, and on top it's literally covered in their extending warranty they gave me. Renee really had the audacity to said if I can't be patience with him, then I can pick up car, and he won't fix. My car has spent more days there being worked on than in my possession. Makes no sense I'm paying for a car note and insurance and I'm not even driving the car. How am I supposed pay for a car if I can't use it for work. They gave me the craziest run around, and started ignoring my phone calls until I called from a different number. They promised after this time if the problems comes back, they will write me a check to get it fixed at another shop, and surprise, surprise the same problems and he said I can take 150 and that's all he will give me and said the cars not covered with their extended compliment warranty they gave me, which I have the paper work for. Stuck with a Lemon with check engine on, pulls to the right and backup and screen do not work . I dare anyone to comment saying otherwise, because not only do I have all the text messages I have exchanged, I have video recording of every conversation. so please try to lie about any of this so I can post the proof and expose you frauds. read more
