I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

But with…read morethis one I had a terrible experience, back in February my wife and I reached out to gates auto about an suv they had on there lot, working with the owner he told me time and time again that the vehicle we were looking at would be a prefect fit for what we needed! So we ended up pulling the trigger on a 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel, it was a pretty much exactly what we were looking for! Well a month goes by and the vehicle just starts falling apart everything that can fail other than the motor and transmission has failed, thermostat, water pump, throttle body, accelerator pedal, battery, and the list goes on. I took it to a couple shops to get quotes to get the truck back up and running safely on the road and I'm looking 5-10k in potential repairs so now I'm stuck with a 20k paperweight. When I called gates to let them know about the issues the owner continues to tell me, " man I'm sorry I knew those dodges have problems and that I probably shouldn't have risked buying this one but it is as is so sorry buddy" I would not recommend this dealership to anybody ever! Don't go through gates used cars they are crooked sales men that don't care about what they sell!

None of this was stated upfront as we would have never stepped foot in here.
