BIG WARNING FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A CAR HERE…read more Yeah, they'll tell you the cars have flood titles or rebuilt titles -- they don't hide that part. But the way they spin it is wild. They hype it up like the "high-quality inspection" magically brings the value back to normal. They talk fast, use fancy dealership words, and try to make you believe the car is worth clean-title money just because it looks good. But here's the truth: A bad title is a bad title. Flood. Rebuilt. Mileage rolled back. Once that's on the history, it's staying there forever. You'll never get your money back. You'll never resell it for what you think it's worth. And you'll always be stuck explaining that title issue to the next person -- if you can even find a buyer. These cars look amazing -- I'll give them that. They shine like brand-new, and that's what almost gets you. In the heat of the moment, with all that shine and excitement, it's easy to forget what you're really buying. But let's be honest: Pretty garbage is still garbage. Some of these cars have water damage you can't see. Some have rebuilt titles from who-knows-what. And the worst of all -- rolled-back mileage. That right there is an automatic NO. Unless you just got money to throw away, I'm telling everyone: Stay away. Go look if you want. Admire the beauty from a distance. But don't pull out your wallet. The salespeople are inexperienced, talk in circles, and try to distract you with shiny paint and smooth phrases -- but when it comes down to honesty, straight answers, and real value? Bottom line: NO. You've been warned.

Tommy was my Sales Associate, and he did a great job assisting me with this vehicle. Tommy took his time and allowed me to see the entire vehicle from under the hood of this G Wagon to the underneath! He answered all my questions and whichever ones he could not answer at that moment, he quickly went to find out from the Sales Manager. Upon taking a fun and quick ride in this awesome Mercedes, we headed inside to talk numbers. Although I did not purchase this G Wagon from Tommy at America's Xtreme Auto, I left feeling very satisfied that they would have my back in the event of the next purchase. Thank you for the great customer service and being patient. Gigi

I am closing all my accounts with them including checking, savings, credit card, and loans. I have had issues with my cards just not working and having to get 4 new cards in one year and friendly but entirely unhelpful support. My last straw was finally their lack of help after being a loyal and good standing customer of theirs for so long when I fell on some hard times. They were the only bank that was absolutely unwilling to help me during my time of hardship, while all other credit/loan companies went over and beyond. They have always taken all the money that they can as soon as they could and charged abundant penalties with no remorse. While they were not obligated to help me, given our history and that everyone else was happy to do so, I will not be back in the future as I begin to grow my family and business and would like to know that my bank is more friendly and supportive in the future. I have banked with capital one for almost as long via their credit line and have had nothing but good reviews, no fees, better support (both over the phone and virtually), better interest rates, more forgiveness and ability to work with me in pursuing my financial goals and obligations. I have now opened my debit and savings with them, and will not be back here.

You know I try not to bash businesses, because you just never know when you might need their…read moreservices, HOWEVER there are always exceptions to all of these rules. My family has been loyal customers to Wells Fargo for over 30+ years, my debit card can prove it! I walked in to this particular branch on Friday March 15th, to send money to my uncle in Mexico, something I have done many a times. When I was being taken care of at the teller window by Rebecca, I told her what I needed to do, and instead of saying yes let me help you with that, how much would you like to send......She asked me ARE YOU SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR THAT?!?!?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS??!?! WHY in God's green earth would you ask ANY customer that question. I have done customer service for the better part of my life, and let me tell you that I would NEVER ask a customer that. I was personally offended and if you know me that does not happen easily, personally I don't care if you think I don't have the funds, what offended me was that she had the audacity to ask the question at all. I have plenty of funds to make this or any transaction, however if she were to ask that question to anyone else who may have actually been limited on funds, would have been even worse. This location is in a lower income area, with lots of single income families, who do live pay check to pay check, I just happen to work in the area. Customer service 101, learn the demographics of the area you are in. I highly doubt she would have appreciated to have been asked the same question, so why she bothered to let those words be uttered out of her mouth at all is just baffling. To make matters worse, the service manager called me to try and find out what had happened while I was in the branch. She was amicable, and insisted I give their branch a chance to rectify their wrong doings. I then decided that since I was a pay roll day, I would give them a chance since the service manager was as nice as she was. I walked in stood in line for a teller, prayed I didn't get Rebecca again, thankfully I didn't or not so thankfully, I ended up with KeKe. See this day gets worse, and if someone was telling me this, I would think they were lying, or making jokes. I went to cash my payroll check, but Wells Fargo was experiencing technical issues, and could not just cash my check nor deposit it. While I was at the teller window, I asked to speak with the branch manager, who the service manager suggested I speak to. I got my check cashed and I asked for $400 in cash and the remainder of my check to be deposited in my account, Keke spoke to the head teller and managed to get this processed, HOWEVER she also managed to stiff me $100. So in one day this branch not only managed to offend me by asking if I was certain I had enough money, but then stole $100 from me. I say stole, because while it was my fault for not counting my cash at the teller window, because I was handling previous issues I had had that day, they now magically can't prove that I didn't get my $100. I talked to the branch manager about the issue, and she attempted to try and find a solution for what happened, and all I got was well I reached out to someone who could help. She said she would call me immediately, and if she didn't I would call her on Friday April the 5th. I did not hear from her, I did call on the 5th and left a message with Isreal, and am still waiting on her call back. I have attempted to call the branch several times, and now no one will answer the phone. Like magically no one works there. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! ANYWHERE ELSE!! GO TO CHASE ACROSS THE STREET! THEY HAVE BETTER BANK HOURS, AND THE TELLERS THERE ARE ACTUALLY COMPETENT ENOUGH TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is why this place has such a bad review, service is way slower than most Wells Fargo Bank…read more Employees just taking their time and there are 2 employees keep walking around and the line is 20 people waiting.
