I was very impressed by the speed, efficiency, and honesty of Auto Air Conditioning Center. I took my car here for a 2nd opinion on my 5-year old Accord. The staff showed me that a small valve was missing from inside the high-pressure AC port. I don't know how the valve became missing because this was the 1st time my car ever had AC issues. They replaced the valve for free and charged me a reasonable labor fee and the cost of freon. This company saved me $400! This is in contrast to the first company which had my car for three days, said I had a large leak, and needed to buy parts to repair my car immediately at the cost of $704. Auto Air Conditioning Center had my car blowing COLD air in less than an hour. The day I went they had about 5 mechanics diagnosing and repairing AC issues and getting most customers out in about an hour. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC repair. read more

For a woman to find a mechanic that she can trust and have them take care of her car without being hustled is hard to find. But i do believe I have found one guys. But not only did the fix my AC, I had a huge dent on my driver side door that they pushed out, without me asking, and also replaced my tail light. This place is a legitimate business. They were quick to provide answers, work on my car, and got it back to me within a few hours. I'm always weary of working with auto repair places because I always get the sense that they're trying to milk me for every penny and overcharge but this establishment was honest. It doesn't come with the frills or bells/whistles of your suburban auto repair but I'll drive from my home in Atascocita to the other side of town for all my car A/C needs from now on. read more

Ac had been turning off and on called they said they will charge me 30 to take a look at it. I went in the guy could not tell me what was wrong with it until it wasn't blowing cold. I left 20 min later it wasn't working and went back and he still charged me 20 bucks just to tell me he didn't know what was wrong with it. Clearly this shop is not very knowledgeable on AC and don't have top of the line equipment. I took it to a real shop a buddy recommended to me CLEAR LAKE AUTO. They have top of the line equipment and got me right in 30 min. Obvious repairs this shop may be ok idk but for good diagnostics this shop is not the one. read more

Neighborhood AC guy recommended this place for evaporator replacement for 2010 Enclave because it was out of his scope - pretty much have to remove the whole front interior, dash, seats, etc. I had a about a day and half of work travel that I could leave the car with them, and they had no trouble completing in the time allotted and at about 1/3 the cost I was bracing myself for. read more

On the one of the hottest days in July, my car auto air conditioner suddenly stopped working. Because I am a MIdwest Diva, driving in my car in HOUSTON, in the summer w/o AC is totally unacceptable. After having my car inspected by a " local big name service" who obviously thought I had a money tree in my backyard (quoted price $2700+), I was determined to find a realistic option. I did some research, made a few calls, read the reviews and subsequently contacted AUTO AIR CONDITIONING CENTER. I spoke with the owner, Alfonso, who promptly recomended that I come to the shop.
