5+++ Stars for Joe's Granite & Remodeling LLC! Location:…read more8702 Statesville Rd, Suite K, Charlotte, NC Phone: 980-328-2334 We recently had new granite installed in our kitchen and both bathrooms by Joe of Joe's Granite, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Joe and his team did an outstanding job with both fabrication and installation. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We were especially thrilled that the installation was done without any seams--a rare find in granite work! He also provided the sinks. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and was respectful to us and our home. He takes immense pride in his craft and genuinely wants his clients to be 100% satisfied. His attention to detail was evident throughout the project. He even went the extra mile to help us select granite slabs that were flawless and truly beautiful. When we visited his shop to lay out the templates, he gave thoughtful suggestions on the best way to position the cuts, making sure the final look was perfect. His team took their time to ensure everything was installed and finished perfectly. Special thanks also to his brother Angel and his wife Anna -- both were extremely friendly, helpful and clearly a great asset to Joe's business. If you want quality work, integrity, a team that genuinely cares, and a beautiful finished product, look no further! We highly recommend Joe's Granite. PS, we are still in the process of renovating as you can see in the pictures, hence, no backsplash in the kitchen yet.

He took the time to listen and made many recommendations. He went o the back and found a perfect tile and we were able to take home samples. I highly recommend visiting this location as not only do they have gorgeous tile etc. but the personal attention was so appreciated. The store is easy to get to and there's plenty of parking and a ramp if you want to avoid the stairs. The layout of the store was easy to follow and find many options. Once you choose options they have a large table you can place all the choices on then decide if too like it or want to take items home. Great experience today. Highly recommend. The ordering process was so efficient and easy. Dominic asked many times if the order was right and confirmed the availability of the tile. The order should take less than two weeks to arrive.

I presented them the layout with detailed dimensions and counted on their expertise to calculate how much would be needed. My advice is to NOT LET THEM DO THE CALCULATION OF HOW MUCH TILE IS NEEDED and avoid special orders with them.

Had multiple issues because of the lack of communication and not following back with any issues that came up, as well no sense of urgency to fix an issue that their employees had created.
