The technician was very friendly and courteous but, and it's a big "but" he quoted me $900-$1200 for a kitchen faucet and another $1900 for labor. He also stated that his company couldn't guarantee the installation because our water pressure was over 100 psi. Plus he needed to replace our angle stops which would be another $350. I purchased a faucet at Costco for $125 received other bids for less than $300 labor, called our water provider, CVWD and they were aghast that the plumber said our water pressure was too high as it's at 550 psi which is normal for our area and equipment. After I declined to hire Pride Plumbing I've received over 14 text messages and emails from them although I replied with "stop" on their texts. I've now had to block over three different phone numbers yet today I received another text in which I responded again with the reasons why I didn't hire them. Im a senior living in a beautiful community but cost is a factor when I consider vendor services. It's my opinion that I felt taken advantage of and have written this review.

I had to tell the plumber how to do his job. He takes his screw driver and starts trying to push down on the drain and stabbing it. He says I have to go through the drain because of the p trap. No snake is going to fit through there. It's a small opening. Every plumber I know goes through the over flow to snake it. He finally does what I suggested and magically he gets the hair. My drain is free. I decide to double check his work and look at the pipes through my access panel. Lo and behold now I have a leak from his screw driver stabbings. He comes back and tells me this happened because it's old and illegal? WTF are you talking about? Everything was good until you Fd up. He wants to charge me 300 to replace the tub stopper and 1200 to replace the pipes in the leak he just caused!!!!! We are not in the same world. I told him no thank you! Do not use this company!!! They will cause you more problems, don't take accountability and will double charge you for their mistakes!!!

If I could give Tri City Plumbing 0 stars I would. Where to even start. I contacted Ramon and his…read moreteam because of a leak that we were having from our second floor shower. We were also having issues with a sink P-Trap and hot water not coming out from the same shower where the leak was. Ramon sent out a plumber, named Fernando, who opened a hole in our drywall and after a couple of mins of eyeballing the area, he determined that the leak was coming from an old seal on the shower overflow. He also said that the issue with the hot water was coming from a cartridge issue and that he would fix it. All together for the P-Trap, seal replacement, and cartridge replacement I was charged $600 after receiving a $100 discount for paying all cash. Fast forward to now, our shower knob broke due to a faulty cartridge. It was an old, broken cartridge that Fernando installed which caused the knob to break. The leak? Never fixed. We patched up the drywall and after a couple of weeks started noticing water stains in the same area again. I reached out to Ramon regarding the leak and he said he would get back to me with info on when they could come back out but then went unresponsive. Since he wasn't responsive after I reached out about the leak, my wife reached out to him from her # about the cartridge issue and he asked her to send pictures and that he would fix it if it was their fault. Pictures were sent and we followed up with him multiple times just for him to ignore our calls/texts and send us to voicemail. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I now find myself looking for another plumbing company on here to help with the leak that they never fixed, and ended up paying an additional $189 for a whole new kit to replace the cartridge and damaged water knob

Regarding the heater/AC they try to upsell you on something "needed" and then when something happens, charge a small fortune. Several times they made an error so they had to come back and fix it which necessitated two appointments, one for a supervisor and again for the work to be done. We've wasted so much time. They blamed the city for taking five months to approve a permit - untrue. A brand new system is no better than the old one.
