No one there picks up. Then I get routed to a national line where no one can help me. They say that they're leaving messages for him or the regional office, but I never hear back. And when my account was cancelled, so was my access to the customer portal. The only reason that I don't switch to a competing company is that all major pest management companies charge a startup fee in addition to the monthly rate. I already paid that to Orkin, and I don't want to be forced to pay it again. I wish I'd used a different -- actually organized, competent -- company from the start.

I cannot speak to this company's general pest control services, but my experience with their…read morewildlife removal was extremely disappointing. They explicitly promised to install a one-way exclusion door at a roof entry point to prevent raccoons from re-entering my attic. That work was never completed. Instead, they placed two traps on the roof, caught one raccoon, returned once to collect the second trap, and then stopped altogether. As a result, there are still at least two raccoons living in my ceiling, and the underlying issue remains unresolved. I was originally quoted over $2,000 due to the supposed complexity of installing the exclusion door, all of which had to paid in advance of any work being done. I was later given a "discount" of $962.96 but only after complaining about the job not getting done, bringing the total to $1,062.92. For that price, only one raccoon was removed, and the agreed-upon exclusion work was never performed. This does not reflect the service that was promised or paid for. I would strongly recommend getting clear, written confirmation of all work to be completed before hiring this company.

We had an urgent issue and due to our time constraints (family member in hospital) Sean dropped everything and came right over, at the end of his already very long day. We were beyond pleased and highly recommend. on top of everything else both Sean and his associate were kind and compassionate and patient, they were so understanding with my mom and took the time to answer all her questions and concerns and were so gentle when others would have been short or brusque, they never showed the slightest lack of patience. I cannot say enough praise. A great company.

Don talked my husband through some steps we could take to try and plug any holes and fix the issue on our own if we wanted to but after finding a few more bugs we decided to make an appointment to have professionals help. Lauren stopped by, did a thorough check of our whole apartment, and ended up calling in someone else to bring additional materials to help ensure our problems were solved. Both she and her husband (it's a family business!) did a great job explaining what they were doing, what they were using, and answer any questions we had. The traps they leave behind and poison they use are childproof and pet safe, and also placed in ways to limit chances of small kids or pets to even get to them. Their fee was incredibly reasonable, they're communicative, and I finally feel like I can sleep a little easier. They'll be coming back to check-in in a few weeks to make sure there are no new signs of anything and discuss any next steps as needed but we are feeling optimistic and taken care of by friendly, reasonable professionals. Very much recommend them!
