Notes for anyone deciding what to order: Employees say the cinnamon rolls and hand pies are the best things they have. I had a coupon for BOGO cookies. French silk cookie is pretty good. Pumpkin pie cookie was dry and crumbly and unimpressive. The vegan Oreo (ambrosial O) is not a kid friendly flavor. Steer your child toward something else. I got the cherry almond hand pie for my friend and he loved it. Had no idea till I told him that it was gluten free. I wish I'd trashed my cookie coupon and gotten one of those instead! Missed opportunity!

Fabulous! Delicious! And you have to get the peach trifle! All the desserts are gluten-free. But are so delicious. I didn't know those two could mix, but they do. The peach trifle is made with homemade whipped cream and peaches from a local orchard. We also tried the almond bar, which was also yummy. It's a pretty big bar And yummy to try.

Absolutely delighted that Utah county has its first 100% gluten free bakery! I've been buying cookies from the farmers market for years, but I'm so happy they have a storefront now!! Try the Cinnamon Roll! You will not be disappointed. I really did love everything that I tried. I could not get enough of the s'mores bar! The owner told me that next week she is trying to do some savory items like pizza, pockets, and pretzels!

I am thankful for this bakery. I found it through my network at another local event nearby, and RAN! One of my favorite items they make is the delicious hand pie. Everything is gluten free - Celiac friendly! The space is fun and she has a little camera for anyone to add their happy photo to their photo wall :). Make sure to go early, though because it is ALWAYS packed and things sell out quickly. Can't recommend this place enough.

The restaurant was fairly busy, and despite not having reservations, we were seated immediately. I started with the Yanabah iced tea ($5), a Navajo herbal tea. It was light, refreshing, and not overly herbal. We shared a wedge salad to start, which came with a chipotle mayo dressing that was excellent. It had more heat than the chipotle flavors I am typically used to, and I really enjoyed the extra kick. For my entrée, I ordered the Navajo taco with BBQ pork ($15)? which was outstanding. The taco is served on freshly made fry bread that was fluffy, slightly sweet, and had subtle honey notes. It was piled with a generous portion of perfectly cooked pulled pork coated in a sweet glaze, along with some fresh vegetables and herbs that added both crunch and more flavor, with chipotle sauce on the side. The fry bread was fresh and flavorful, the pork was tender, and the combination of herbs, vegetables, and sauce created a great balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. Black Sheep Café offers a unique menu inspired by Native American and Southwestern flavors, and I wish I had more time to come back and try more of the menu. If you're in Provo, I highly recommend.

Light & Creamy with good flavor. The chips it's served with are thicker and sturdy! (No breaking in the dip) I got the Red Chili Beef Taco- it's a stewed beef on their fry bread (which was very good). It was tasty. Not much heat, so if you like spicy that's not your plate! But over all good portion and great flavor. The beans are bland, so that was a slight disappointment. But overall it was a great environment for a delicious meal. Would go back and try some of their other options!

The jalapeño ranch brings just enough heat to keep things interesting without overpowering the brightness of the mango or the creaminess of the avocado. It's a well-composed dish, and easily the best thing I have eaten so far during an entire week in Utah. The sweet potato fries matched it: crispy outside, soft inside, the kind of side you keep reaching for without meaning to. Service was fast, atmosphere rustic and clean. No ceremony, no friction. I am already rearranging my remaining days in Provo to fit in one more visit before leaving the state.

The lighting and seating feel eclectic without being uncomfortable--casual, inviting, and easy to settle into. Our waitress, Avery, was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the menu, which made ordering easy. We shared a large order of fries between the three of us, and they were more than enough. The fry sauce stood out immediately--definitely not the standard Utah variety--and genuinely excellent. On Avery's recommendation, I ordered the Cowboy in LA, and I'm very glad I did. The flavors were well-balanced and bold, and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. My son and his friend both ordered the Stoneman burger and agreed it was really good as well. Overall, this was a standout experience. I'd recommend Backdoor BRGR without hesitation--easily the best burger I've had in years.

It felt a little odd walking through the back @ first, as we got a little peek into the kitchen. It didn't seem like we should have been back there, but once we got to the host area, we were assured that entering through the back is completely fine. As we sat there, we noticed many people doing the same thing. The place is western theme. Lots of fun pictures on the walls, random lighting and chairs, I personally loved the vibe. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions on the menu. We felt right at home, great hospitality here. I wanted to try a burger that sounded really out of the ordinary, so I got the Grumpy Claire. It has apples on it, a savory caramel sauce, it just sounded insane, and I had to try it out. I also got an order of onion rings. The burger was cooked to perfection, had great flavor and was more delicious than I imagined. My husband got the Poco Bueno. I tried a bite, I did not like it. The reason I did not order it was because that sounded like a burger I'd find at any regular burger joint. The problem I had with the burger was the seasonings used. It tasted like a very strong taco seasoning was added to the patty. I do not like taco seasoning at all, so this was a No from me. My husband got an order of fries with his burger, which were very good! &Their fry sauce is amazing! The staff makes you feel like part of the family & check in on you consistently throughout your visit. The part that stood out the most was that not only was our waitress checking in on us, the other waitstaff would come by and ask how we were doing as well. The owner came over to chat with us too. She came up, introduced herself, asked how our meal was, and we talked with her for several minutes to follow. I appreciated that experience. I highly recommend trying Backdoor BRGR if you haven't yet! The pricing was fair, the staff is amazing, the owner is a sweetheart, and the food is incredible.
