I was asked if they could add 20% gratuity, I asked them if they could put it on the gift card as well and they said yes. They couldn't figure out how to do that so said I would have to leave gratuity in cash. Not a pleasant or enjoyable experience I felt like I was an inconvenience. I've had many other massages and this was definitely the most disappointing.
