Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. They offer drinks, set you up in a massage chair and put a warm neck wrap on you. I always see Fay. I trust her with everything she does! I've received facials, backcials, Brazilian waxes and eyebrow shaping from her. I am NEVER disappointed. She is the one to see if you come for a service.
