I've been coming to Dr. Pham since 2020 and while her team has changed each time I've been here,…read moreshe's the real reason I continue to come back. She's very friendly and I've had conversations with her that stem past what you'd normally discuss getting an eye examination. That's just how cool she is. She's knowledgeable about the eyes, there hasn't been anything I've asked her that she couldn't answer. I'm only sad I just get to see her once a year. Even though I like my PCP, she isn't as relaxed as Dr. Pham so if they could just switch roles in my life, that would be great lol

This happened 5 times before we finally connected. For the record, they never once picked up when I called. It always went to voicemail. Once we did connect, the conversation was strange. I explained what I needed and what my daughter needed, and the woman said, "Well, I'm not sure if this sounds like something for the med spa or for the dermatologist." I said, "You're the experts, you tell me." She then told me we'd need to book an appointment that would cost close to $300 without any treatment. That's $600 for my daughter and me just to talk to someone, plus an unknown charge for whatever treatment we'd need. They couldn't tell me what that treatment would cost. That's seems overpriced, but maybe I'm wrong about that. If you're comfortable spending that kind of money, maybe this place works for you. For me, it was an odd and discouraging call, and I'm not comfortable paying a place that doesn't seem confident in what they're doing.

I called to ask what my options were since I wasn't seeing any results and wanted to know if I could try something else or get a refund. They told me they would call me back, but they never did. They also claim they contact you about appointments, but they never did. On top of that, they constantly try to push additional "specials" and deals, which honestly just felt like another way to get more money out of me rather than actually help. Overall, the work did not feel legitimate or effective, and the entire experience felt pointless. I would not recommend based on my experience.

They made us wait 1 hour AFTER our appointment time before we were seen. When I made the appointment, I was never asked if I wanted to see a doctor or a nurse. I thought I was making the appointment to see a doctor. The nurse comes in and says she's handling the appointment. She was very nice, but by this point im already annoyed with this place. She prescribed my daughter medication for her breakouts. Hasn't helped at all. Her face is still just as bad as when I brought her in. Not sure why they think their time is anymore valuable than mine. They could have easily called me when they see they're running behind. I pulled her out of school just to sit there and do absolutely nothing! Horrible, will never be back

I know doctors offices are behind because of patents or insurance issues so that was my only minor complaint. I was about 20 min behind schedule. Not bad for a doctors office at all. The doctor was VERY nice and attentive to what my needs were and my overall health. She was informative and kind. Turns out, she went to school with my old family pract before he moved away.
