Don't pay up front. If you are unable to do a procedure because of other medical issues. Dr Campbell won't refund your funds. Even with another doctor s request. Follow the money and save yours. How unethical. read more

I've been seeing Dr Campbell for over 7 years. She is absolutely awesome! Her dermatology knowledge, care & concern for her patients and medical/surgical talent is exceptional. She always makes the time to educate me on my skin condition, how to correct a lifetime of past sun exposure and anti-aging protocol going forward. Her staff have always been extremely professional and go out of their way to make me feel valued and cared for. read more

Our son was miserable with eczema to the point we felt so helpless that we took him to see several doctors. It kept coming back and sometimes worse. We finally took him to Dr.Campbell's office. She made some great suggestions and got us medication that worked and has kept his eczema to a minimum. Dr. Campbell is very professional and personable. Wish more doctors were as concerned with their patients as her and her staff are. I highly recommend her practice if you or your kids have eczema. read more

I've been going to Dr. Campbell for at least 8 years. I especially love that she has her own practice and has moved from her previous location. The building is more easily accessible and very nice. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Campbell takes care of my yearly skin check and is very thorough. If there are ever any concerning areas, she will do a biopsy and gets back to me quickly with results. I also get my "angry" lines between my eyebrows taken care of by Dr. Campbell and as I age I hope to take advantage of the many other cosmetic services her office provides. Dr. Campbell and her staff have taken exceptional care of our family of five (myself, husband, three teenagers) since my youngest was referred to her by our pediatrician almost 6 years ago. Dr. C. works with each of us to find the best course of action/treatment plan. The office is extensive enough to cover all of our dermatology needs, yet personal enough that we are never made to feel like "a number." read more

If you ever schedule an appointment, make sure that the services you are requesting, they actually do perform. I made an appointment for my teenage son to have an ingrown toenail removed after being told that they do that. When you make appointments, you provide age and DOB, told them my son is a teenager. I arrive, pay the copay ($70) for a specialist, get called back only to be told by the doctor that they do remove toenails but they remove the entire toenail and he is not comfortable doing that on a teenager, that I need to see a Podiatrist. After paying money for something they can't do (but was told they could do over the phone), I asked for my money back or a clinic credit. After looking at me like I was crazy for asking for my money back for services not performed, the doctor excuses himself because he was new and didn't know their policy. I was then greeted by the office manager who made all sorts of excuses for what they just did. What made it worse is when she told me that copays are not for services performed but for a "consultation"! Why would I need a consolation when I told you when I made the appointment exactly what I needed, which you told me you could do. The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I had planned on seeing them for other services but not now! Just lost a loyal customer!! read more

I went in asking for half a syringe in my lips. She decided to go rogue and dump the entire thing in--because I was "already paying for it," as if I asked for a deal on a botched face. Let's not forget the masseter injections. I woke up looking like Johnny Bravo on steroids. Somehow she managed to add jowls I didn't have before. I had to cancel work because I looked like fish with gills. To make it worse, I heard her walk out of our consultation and say "drinks on me today," as she made a pretty penny off me!! And she bragged about training people to do injections, which is honestly the most chilling part. The more she hyped herself up, the more I should've realized I was the demo doll in her TED Talk on delusion. Please. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with an injector who doesn't mistake overconfidence for talent. This wasn't aesthetic--it was a cautionary tale.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lauren Campbell's for the last six years. I wouldn't go any where else as she is over the top and stands out and above any dermatologists I've gone to. Dr. Campbell is excellent in her profession, knowledgeable and always informative of what I'm asking. She listens and takes her time! That is a rare quality today, when doctors rush through the visit to get to the next patient. I truly believe Dr. Campbell has such compassion and care for each and all her patients. Dr. Campbell's staff is professional, courteous and friendly. When you walk in the office, you feel like family and they remember your name! How awesome is that!!! Not to mention, the equipment at Cypress Dermatology is state- of- the-art! There is nothing antiquated here! Dr. Lauren, as I call her, has diagnosed me from acne, rashes, shingles to melanoma, not to mention the injectables for a fresh, younger looking face. I adore her and think she is really TERRIfic!!! I would also like to add that the office carries a complete line of skin care products that I use. The products really do rejuvenate my skin and help me to keep a youthful appearance. I'm 63 years old and asked frequently, what do I use on my face? They think I'm much, much younger. I would have to say that is due to the products, the amazing and advanced services offered and the injectables. In summary, I would like to say, Dr. Campbell is an expert in her field and she has amazing staff to help keep patients well, free of skin issues/diseases, plus the added benefit of looking the best you can! Her approach to medicine includes not only treatment but also knowledge to care and prevent further problems. She is easy to talk to and provides sound advice.
