Trust is extremely important to me when I'm hiring someone to work in my home, and Carlos immediately gave me that sense of confidence. He's trustworthy, dependable, does excellent work, and doesn't try to overcharge you. I can confidently say Carlos will be my first call for EVERYTHING from now on! It's not easy to find someone who combines great work, fair pricing, responsiveness, and integrity. Highly, highly recommend him!

Following an inspection completed on September 30, 2026, CGarcia Renovation estimated the work at $1,800, stating it would require 5 to 6 workers over two days to complete all repairs before October 2. I accepted the proposal and immediately issued the requested $900 deposit. However, on September 30, no personnel arrived at the property. On October 1, a single worker arrived at approximately 9:00 AM, worked until 12:30 PM, and abandoned the job without completing the scope of work. I engaged a secondary handyman to inspect and complete the remaining repairs. The secondary contractor provided an estimate of $1,200, completed all work by himself that same day

We recently purchased a wonderful home in the Woodlands with one major problem: the interior paint…read morewas very colorful and dark. We called a few local outfits for estimates and while Abraham wasn't the lowest bid, he impressed us with his motivation, presentation and knowledge. We also noticed how well received he was in the online reviews. As we had just purchased a home, we needed the paint dry before moving in furniture. Abraham was able to start the job for us within three days of the estimate. While he did not work on the job directly, his crew made it clear this would not be a problem. They were punctual, hard-working, and considerate of our home. They taped off and tarped over all of our exposed floors and other areas with care. The paint was applied exclusively by roller and brush, even in our large vaulted foyer and upper window frames. The en-suite bathroom wallpaper was expertly removed, the entire room spackled, primed and painted to match. All of our blinds and other pre-installed wall fixtures were removed, and then replaced once the painting was finished. The few things we pointed out were addressed and handled without question. We were on the lookout for shortcuts, splatter, missed areas, sloppy work that we were warned of in other company reviews. Instead what we found was a bunch of guys who treated our home like they were going to live there. We felt taken care of, advocated for. I cannot extend a more enthusiastic recommendation for Abraham and Magnificent Painters. Thank you so much! The Moore's - Jared, Debbie, Matthew, Lizzie P.S. Pictures include before and after. We only painted walls, no trim, no doors or no ceilings. Color used was Sherman Williams "Drift of Mist" SW#9166

I will definitely reach out to him to have my floors done when I'm ready and I do recommend him and his company for their transparency in pricing and scope of work.

I received photos and videos, including drone shots, throughout the day as they replaced my roof. They showed me close up shots of all the replaced vents, flashing and caulking when done! I reached out for a quote for roof and wall repairs on Thursday night. Jose came by Friday…read moreafternoon and provided a quote same day. He said he can start the roof repairs that day and come back for the indoor wall repairs on Monday. This was perfect since it was supposed to rain later that night and the next day. He was able to get workers there quickly, and they replaced faulty/missing external vents that allowed water to drain in my house leading to wall damage. He provided before and after pictures as well as a birds-eye view pictures of the roof which was nice to have. The repairs came with 2 year warranties. On Monday, he had a worker come by and begin repairing the drywall. They repaired the damaged wall, bought paint to match the wall, texturized it, sanded, and added two coats of paint, and dried everything all in the same day. As a plus, they let me keep the remaining paint. Some nice touches that were appreciative, they always wore shoe covers and never wore shoes inside. They were cognizant of cleaning up any mess that was created from the work being performed. Even going as far as cleaning the attic to clean up anything that dropped during the roof repairs. They also vacuumed through the entire path that they walked as they left. One final thing that was surprising, as Jose left, he noticed our gate didn't completely close. He let me know he could fix it, 5 minutes later, it works again. The attention to detail from Jose and his team were great.
