Shout out to Adam Pias and All Covered Roofing. They were replacing roofs in my area. I asked if…read morethey could inspect mine. I was leery they would find multiple issues since it was the original roof and 20 yrs old. I was hesitant to mention I had heard some noise in the attic. I was really concerned of a potential opening to allow squirrels etc. to enter. The roof was inspected the following day. No damage warranting shingle replacement was noted . No potential entry sites. He later examined the remainder of the house looking at openings around the soffits. He did notice a small leak under the front porch ceiling . Further examination revealed a loose shingle which he repaired. While the roof does not need to be replaced at this time, the professionalism and honesty of this gentleman who represented All Covered Roofing speaks volumes. Just a few days prior to his arrival another roofer had posted info about unscrupulous practices of roofing companies on FB in my subdivision. I was prepared for all the tricks. I was thrilled to interact with someone who was honest and had integrity. When the roof needs to be replaced , this company will definitely be on the call list. Again your honesty about my roofing needs were greatly appreciated !!

Well, I must say, I was extremely impressed. The home was absolutely beautiful. I loved the modern colors of the exterior of the home. When you drove up, it was very welcoming. The interior was to die for. I could tell that the builder takes great pride in their work. The wooden floors were amazing. The details of the home, I can't even describe it with words. All of the upgrades that a homeowner could want without the, "Well this will be extra...These cabinets are considered and upgrade, so it will cost you this...". My daughter fell in love with the home as well. Now when we walked upstairs to the bathroom, I just loved it. What more can I say, you just have to check out their work for yourselves. The pictures are amazing, but in person is jaw dropping :-)

From the initial walkthrough to the final sweep, their team was professional, punctual, and deeply attentive to detail. They communicated clearly, showed up exactly when they said they would, and handled every step of the process with confidence and care. The craftsmanship is exceptional. The seams are tight, the transitions between rooms are seamless, and the finish is smooth and consistent throughout. You can see immediately that this is a crew that takes real pride in their work. The floors didn't just get installed; they were placed with precision. What impressed me just as much was how they treated my home. Surrounding areas were protected, the job site stayed organized, and everything was left clean at the end of each day. That level of respect matters. The finished product has completely elevated the space. The warmth and quality of the wood transformed the entire feel of the house. It looks refined, cohesive, and beautifully done. Reliable. There was nothing wrong with our bathroom before, it was just outdated. They did a decent job, but now we're noticing mold growing all over the cabinets. We've never had a mold problem before. Mold is growing under the sink, in the drawers, it's especially growing on the pieces of wood where it's been cut and the edges are rough. We told Mark about it, he came out and said maybe the cabinets are sealing too well so he put cushions on the cabinet doors and drawers. He also re caulked the sinks, and put on wall penetration covers. He took moisture readings behind the vanity and said it was saturated with water and proceeded to cut a huge hole in our hallway. Upon inspecting all the pipes, there was no sign of any leaks. We didn't do anything different in the bathroom, but there I was having to scrub mold off my new bathroom cabinets. The only thing that has changed in the last 7 years of having this house is the new bathroom cabinets that we had Gulf Coast Builders build and install, and now there is mold. Now Mark wants $350 for repairing the hole he cut in my wall. We didn't ask him to cut the hole in the wall, and he didn't tell us beforehand that he was going to charge us $350 to repair. Now he's not responding to us since we told him we shouldn't have to pay for the wall damage he created. We've called and texted him and no reply. Attached are all my moldy pictures and the big hole in my wall. I wouldn't recommend this company.
