There was so much to do that we needed an experienced builder with a high attention to detail and creative skills, someone who would take the time to explain and help us to make informed decisions and someone who would follow and support us to deliver our challenging project! We are glad we chose Rodney because he went above and beyond everyday to make this house our home. The extension looks like it has always been a part of the house and every part of the extension and renovation has been optimized. There is no one in the future I would trust more with a home renovation than Rodney Meyers at Kirby Taylor Homes. Thank you Rodney!

Due to a pipe leak and resulting mold under our entire downstairs wooden flooring, we had to remediate the mold problem, replace the wood flooring, kitchen island & cabinets, re-route the underground piping, repair sheetrock, re-route the electrical wiring, replace the fireplace, as well as a host of other construction repairs. I don't know what we would have done without Rodney's assessment and planning skills. Rodney's knowledge, expertise, and due diligence insured the appropriate scheduling and co-ordination of multiple disparate construction disciplines and subcontractor specialists that were required to perform all the various construction trade activities. His professionalism, great attention to detail, and taking control to make sure everything was done correctly was key to completing the project in a timely and quality manner. Rodney communicated and kept us in the loop during all aspects of the planning and implementation of the work. These days reputable, accountable Contractors that you can trust are hard to find. I don't think you could find a more qualified, ethical, and responsible contractor than Rodney Meyers. I strongly recommend Rodney Meyers. You will look back after your project is completed and know you made the right decision to contract with Kirby Taylor Homes.

I was notably nervous, moving into a new home - unsure of this company and how long it would take. Hector, Scott and team not only addressed all of my concerns, but did everything in their power to move as quickly as possible so we could enjoy our new home. The first day was all prep, they covered up every area that the teams would have to move in and out of the house to prevent damage. I was pleasantly surprised to see they cared for my home as much as I did. The damage was extensive (though the promised it wasn't as bad as they had seen lol). We needed to not only dry the water damage, but also re-sand/ stain wood flooring, replace carpeting, sheetrock, baseboards, tile, a bathroom vanity, among other things. The full remediation and repair took a little under a month. The team worked with me to ensure every selection worked for us, allowed us to upgrade carpet (past what insurance would cover for like to like replacement), in addition to replace in additional rooms. I would highly recommend H+R Renovations for any major home renovation, repair, water remediation or maintenance work. Wonderful experience all around.
