Richard, who is the owner of Richard Windows really took care of our house and gave us a great deal on our replacement windows. The price was very reasonable, but more importantly, the installation was on time, and the quality workmanship was Tops. We also had his crew replace and paint a high ridge soffit board that was sagging on our house. His crew did an excellent job. They also do siding work which I inspected on a friends house. Would definitely recommend. Very responsive to all my questions. Warrenty on all his work for the life of the home. Replacement windows are the best quality I found. read more

Richard Lobos and his crew at RB Windows and Siding do work with exceptional quality at an affordable price. They recently replaced all the aluminum-framed windows in our Brook Forest home with Pella Impervia fiberglass-framed windows. This greatly improved our home's looks, energy efficiency, safety, and noise reduction. In addition, they reframed the back of our house and installed two very large picture windows and a four-panel double sliding glass door unit to greatly enhance our view of our backyard and swimming pool. It's gorgeous. If you want to improve your home with windows, exterior siding, or paint, give Richard a call to see how affordable your dream can be. RB Windows. A fantastic job! We had 9 windows installed today. Beautiful work both inside and out. The finish work around the trim was fantastic. They came in and covered everything and I mean everything. They carefully remove all the old glass so you dont end up with tiny fragments in your yard and the crew was topnotch! Polite, respectful of our home and knew what they were doing. Great quality windows with a fantastic warranty at a great price. We highly recommend them. Give Richard a call. I promise you won't be sorry. 832- 881-4668 read more

Rick and his team were so awesome. First, he beat all the other quotes by a landslide. Second, they were in and out in just a few hours and left the place cleaner than they found it. Was missing one screen and he had it delivered and installed within a couple of days. I would highly recommend RB Windows, and have, in fact, recommended them to everyone I know. You won't be sorry, truly! read more

We recently had our of our windows replaced by Richard and his team - they were very professional and did a great job! We got a really good feeling when Richard came out to give us a quote; he was honest with us about pricing and had our best interests in mind. We appreciated that they didn't break the glass out like some companies do; they also removed and put back up all of our blinds. After the work was done, we even had them back to replace a door and they did a great job on that too! Loved their work ethic and attention to detail - meticulous and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Just had to post about RBWINDOWS. One of the best experiences with any contractor we've had. Have us a fair quote and the work was done in spectacular fashion. In one day, windows completely changed out and beautiful. Great team and great work done!!! +18328814668. Highly recommended!!! read more

I don't typically give bad yelp reviews, but i was very disappointed in this interaction. I set up two separate appointments to get new windows quoted with RB Windows & Siding, and had my appointments cancelled last minute both times. I had taken off of work twice to ensure that i would be home, and both times i simply found an email in my inbox asking to reschedule. No call or anything. Very disappointed. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about Richard and his crew. As I female, I generally find the prospect of dealing with contractors stressful and disappointing, especially in Galveston. However, please be advised that Richard runs a tight ship with excellent and timely results. I got a quote from 3 contractors; Richard's estimate was in the middle money wise but for cleanliness, timelines, and superior quality, it felt like the best deal. There were no delays and everything ran according to schedule. The team took the time to remove (and rehang) all of my drapes. All staff were friendly and professional. I'm quite surprised at how much my new windows opened up my house. read more

I am thoroughly pleased with the windows that Richard's company put in! He was recommended by a friend, and now I will be recommending him to my friends. Besides the quality workmanship, he's on time, friendly, and has competitive prices. I will definitely be using him again! read more

So I bought a LivingSocial voucher for 20 windows cleaning and called to schedule a cleaning before coming up to the expiration date in May. Richard informed me they were backed up until July and gave me the option to call livingsocial to get my money back. I chose to schedule, BIG MISTAKE! The original scheduled date was for yesterday, no show. I called and left a message, they called back and said would come by tomorrow afternoon. They did. The guy made a remark, "it's like coming to see the president" and asked for my voucher while he counted the number of windows I have. Came back and said, I have 59 in all and I informed him that I only wanted the 20 back windows cleaned. He said it'll be $3 fee for the screens, that's 19*$3 total. I got the original posting on living social, showed him: "In addition to the window panes, the screens, sills, and frames will also be cleaned." for the price. He asked me when I bought the voucher and informed me the new listing includes extra charge and he'll clean 10 windows for me in lieu of the 20. I said fine as he apologized for smoking in my backyard... I hate to judge the man with tattoos all over since I have a tattoos myself but this wasn't looking good... And my intuitions were right! 15 minutes later, they were gone!!! Not even a good-bye or letting me know which windows were cleaned, nothing!! I checked the windows, no windows were cleaned!! No way they could've cleaned 10 windows on 2 story house in that time! There were still spots on the windows! Tried to stiff me for extra cash! No windows were cleaned, no work was done! Completely unprofessional! I called livingsocial and got credit back to my account. The rep said there is no difference with the new listing from the old one. I have a feeling a lot of small businesses just wanted to be paid up front by livingsocial and not do the work. As I have couple of bad experiences buying contractor work like cleaning services off livingsocial in the past. read more

"Why didn't I do this sooner?!?!" That's what I ask myself every time I come home now. For years, I agonized over replacing my 1950's original aluminum frame windows. After 10 years of barking dogs, train whistles at 3am, and constant freeway noise, I finally made the decision to update and replace my windows. After interviewing 4 companies, I chose RB Windows & Siding and here's why: 1) Richard is very knowledgeable about the product he sells and installs (Simonton Windows) and he made me feel very at ease with my decision (not an easy task); 2) the turnaround time was a FRACTION of the other guys (just over a week - compared to the others who took over 2 months); 3) the windows are attractive and the vinyl is not as 'bulky' as the other products I viewed; 4) The cost was in line with what I expected and had budgeted for. So, I finally have peace and quiet in my house! As an added bonus, I've noticed that the amount of dust in my house has decreased a lot as well. Can't wait to see how the new windows affect my utility bills. I have already recommended Richard and his company to many others so thought I'd share my experience here too. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed! read more

Excellent service and excellent price. I had all my windows replaced as well as a part of the siding fixed due to some shoddy work by a previous contractor. RB windows demonstrated the following traits that are often hard to come by: Professional On-time Excellent communication and feedback Strong attention to detail Keeps all his promises One of the biggest things that stuck out to me was that Richard kept his word on everything he said he would do. I often come across companies and contractors who promise the world but "forget" when they complete their job. Richard was very upfront about everything and explained everything during the process. I felt comfortable enough to tell him if I wanted something adjusted or a small detail fixed (barely anything needed adjusting) and he did it without hesitation. He kept his word/promises on everything he said he would deliver on without me even reminding him. If I ever need more windows installed on other properties, I would use them in a heartbeat. The prices are great, the product quality is excellent, the service is awesome. Thanks. read more

By far this was my best window and door installation experience ever. Richard and crew were timely, courteous, reasonably priced, and were patient with some add on projects threw on them unplanned. I couldn't recommend Rich and his company more and they will be my go to for general contracting needs in the Houston area going forward. Of upmost importance to me is open, timely and transparent communication - and he was all of that and a bag of chips. He did some major work on my house - not only replaced old 1974 original windows but blew out two walls for new patio doors. Thanks Richard & crew. You're A+ in my book. read more

I first encountered R&B Windows through a Living Social deal when I had my gutters cleaned. Richard came out and took care of all of the leaves and acorns and suggested at that time to get gutter covers. I told him I would think about it. While discussing more what services his company provided I learned Richard installed Double Pane Windows. I had already done research on window manufacturers and was pleased to find out he recommended the same company I was most interested in. Richard worked with me over a 4 month period to install windows for my whole house. On my budget I had to split it up. I received great pricing better than others I had called and great service. I love my windows and have referred Richard to some of my clients (I am in Real Estate). Since my windows were done my gutters are now full again so I decided it was time to get gutter covers. Richard just came out and took care of this for me. I have several other projects that I will be utilizing Richard and his crew on around my home in the near future. I am very pleased with all of their services that I have used. read more

I had a very good experience with RB Windows. After a consultation in February and within 4 weeks the windows were delivered and installed at a fair price. . Richard the owner/contractor was knowledgeable about retrofitting windows in my type of home. He also showed up on site to check the job. His crew was conscientious about working in the home and did a great job. Started at 9am and finished before 3pm. If you are looking to replace windows I would highly recommend RB windows. 5 stars here. Very pleased with the results. read more

I cant say enough good things about our recent purchase and installation of 17 windows in our house. First off my wife's sister referred Richard at R &B to us after having all her windows replaced.. She advised us that R & B sold high quality Simonton(actually highest rated by JD powers) insulated windows an affordable price. We decided to give them a call and see what they could do for us. Richard the owner came to the house on a Saturday measured the windows and gave us a price on a great window and a top of the line window as well. Needless to say it was a great price for an impressive product line. I did a lot of review searching and found that Simonton had impressive reviews. They actually did our install this past Saturday and we couldn't be happier. The four installers showed up at 8am which was their scheduled time. They were very respectful of our house and surroundings. They installed all the windows by 2:30, cleaned and replaced any items they had moved back to their original position. Richard the owner came by about an hour before they finished and actually cleaned the windows himself. I give R & B the highest rating and would recommend them to anyone!! Craig M read more
