I had no desire to do any of the work myself because this is not my area of expertise. We wanted full on, turnkey, top notch remodeling of our kitchen and master bath. As in, rip it all out to the studs and make our dreams come true. That is always going to be more expensive than trying to piece meal it. We got exactly what we wanted and then some. Literally, they turned our fuzzy visions into grand masterpieces. Our kitchen is a joy to be in and a joy to meet and entertain in. Our bathroom is over the top and just what we wanted. Everything was done by 100% accountable professionals and that made all the difference in the world. How much do we value that? We have engaged TriFection to do another bathroom (steam sauna on the way!) and to install new floors for the rest of the whole house. Yeah, we are very happy customers.

But trust me when I say I had nothing to worry about. Daniel and his team did an excellent job at remodeling my two-story property that required some demolition, full interior painting, exterior power washing, new flooring, and more. They went above and beyond! The house looks fresh and almost brand new! He's very communicative, responsive, honest, straightforward, and easy to work with, which I highly value. Not every business person is like that. I also admire that he was always available to answer any question I asked. (And I had a lot.) He did certain things that I wouldn't even know that needed to be fixed or replaced. Learned a lot throughout the entire process. Also, I love that he's like a one-stop shop. He provides almost every service you can think of for a house rehab. His crew were all professional and nice. Very pleased that I chose him to do my house remodel. I hope to use him in the future and will refer others to him.

Unfortunately for me, I started my remodeling project with someone else and it was terrible. Once I fired them, I called Henry and immediately I knew I should have hired him from the start. He remodeled my master bath and it came out perfect. From the outset, the attention to detail was incredible. Being as OCD and detail-oriented as I am, I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything, no matter how small. From types of schluters that should go around tile to the colors/textures of caulking to match grout, I learned a lot and was appreciative he took the time to explain it. Henry was there almost every day, making sure his crew got everything correct. Even if it requires them to start over. No cutting corners or rushing to finish. It was truly a professional job. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This confirms Nelson's credible construction experience & knowledge. During the remodel phase, Nelson was at our house daily & routinely provided us with updates along the way. His responsiveness & incredible attention to detail assured us that we were in great hands. The quality of work & material exceeded our expectations as well. We are extremely pleased with Nelson's work & couldn't be happier with the final result! He is someone we will recommend to our friends & family.

When it was time to start the work, there was 1 guy (2 if you count the dad who just tidied up) and it was going to be done in 1 day. Surprise to me but he said after they assessed it more, that was all it was going to take. Fine, I don't care as long as it's done and right. Katy Paint Pro wasn't the cheapest quote I got but also wasn't the most expensive. Turns out Jason had subcontracted the work out, which again, I don't care as long as the job is done right. Unfortunately it was not. Granted, they did do a good job in some areas, but not so much in others. It was late in the evening and seemed like they were rushing so they could leave. They were free handing transitions from ceiling to wall and not covering things up to protect from spilage. There was paint and spackle everywhere. I later called Jason to have the guy come up and finish and clean up the mess. He would contact the subcontractor but that guy would just give me the run around asking for more time or not answering. Tried calling Jason a few times and the same thing. I expected he send someone else to finish the work or something but same run around. Cross your fingers with this one.
