Hired Jason because he seemed knowledgable and professional, which would be piece of mind that the job would be done right. He came out and quoted me for my job to be 3 guys for 2 days. When it was time to start the work, there was 1 guy (2 if you count the dad who just tidied up) and it was going to be done in 1 day. Surprise to me but he said after they assessed it more, that was all it was going to take. Fine, I don't care as long as it's done and right. Katy Paint Pro wasn't the cheapest quote I got but also wasn't the most expensive. Turns out Jason had subcontracted the work out, which again, I don't care as long as the job is done right. Unfortunately it was not. Granted, they did do a good job in some areas, but not so much in others. It was late in the evening and seemed like they were rushing so they could leave. They were free handing transitions from ceiling to wall and not covering things up to protect from spilage. There was paint and spackle everywhere. I later called Jason to have the guy come up and finish and clean up the mess. He would contact the subcontractor but that guy would just give me the run around asking for more time or not answering. Tried calling Jason a few times and the same thing. I expected he send someone else to finish the work or something but same run around. Cross your fingers with this one. read more

David and Jorge were extremely accommodating with my requests. They changed the color of some parts of the house that I did not like after seeing the work done. They also changed the wood that was bad around the garage doors and painted the deck at not extra cost. I was able to negotiate the price and the overall experience was very positive. After the crew was gone, I saw some painting on the cover of my grill but Jason was willing to buy me a new one if the stains could not be removed. 100% customer centered. Stay away! Jason spent 4 weeks in my house and then sent me a text that they were done and he wanted to pick up final payment. Not done! Nightmare! Ripples in walls, ceilings drip spots and waves in the wall. He failed to texture properly and smooth out the wall. My walls feel like concrete!!! He wanted half up front and during the process then asked for an $800 advance in which I paid. I pointed out all the problems of which he agreed it was a horrible job. He then promised to be at the house himself on Saturday and everyday and assured me he would make it right. That was a week ago, no show Saturday, no show Sunday and by Wednesday he said he had a plan and assured me he was going to finish and fix all the screw-ups by Friday night. He had two men in my house scraping walls on Tuesday and then tells me he called the guys to help him figure out what went wrong and they declined to help him because it was to much work. When I walked through my house with Jason, and believe me I have photos of the mess, he had the nerve to tell me if I paid for additional paint he would give me free labor to fix his mess. He also acknowledged he should have checked the workers and been on top of the job. Four weeks later and $2,972.50 paid to Jason. I have to hire someone to fix my walls, ceilings and start over. read more

First off, the time that was taken to listen to what we wanted was second to none, Jason listened and made suggestions that ultimately proved to be the right decision. We currently live in Florida and bought a house in Cypress to be near our son's family. The interior needed to be painted badly and we wanted it completed before we moved our furniture in. I had Katy Paint Pro paint the whole exterior of my house. Jason provided great customer service and updates from the purchase of the paint to the start up of the job. The crew worked very hard. The first day they pressure washed the exterior. Second day they covered and taped windows, etc. and sprayed the whole exterior. Day three they finished all the trim and the stucco section.
