My fiancé wasn't happy at first with the thickness of her french tip, and after reassessing her needs they hand painted them perfectly. I booked online for same day service which was super easy. Place is clean and nice. They offer bottled water or mimosa (I took a leap from my usual water and had a pineapple mimosa and it was good!) The technicians were AMAZING (shout out to Anna). Everyone was so welcoming and giving, got a mani and pedi, it was so relaxing, clean, I mean I was speechless on how GREAT everything was. Worst. I can do better myself with bifocals and sciatica. I left with dip on my skin. Uneven nails. Too much polish on toes that smudged a whole hour later. Ted welcomed us and kept us entertained, from drinks to laughter. Anna and Kate were absolutely wonderful to me and my mother. My hands are small and pudgy. Trump hands minus the fake tan and misogyny. My nails however are ridiculously thin and much like myself, they break under the slightest pressure. Because of this, I usually get dip powder every couple of weeks so that when I take pictures of my rats and snakes for the gram they don't look like they're being held by a grubby toddler. I usually love my service but the last time I got them done (at another salon) they were terrible. I walked into Amazing Nails with my misshapen THICC a$s nails and begged them for help. They assured me they would take care of me and they came through. My service was fast and pleasant. Everyone was nice. The place itself was beautiful. My nails are perfect. They are evenly shaped and black as my soul, just like I wanted. My hands are still toddler size but my nails make me look like a spicy toddler, and that's all I ever wanted. read more

The people were nice and the atmosphere was clean, however my nails do not look good at all. My nails are different shapes, I still have lots of cuticles, hand rub was 20 seconds max. Everything felt rushed. I got a gel manicure and when she finished, I asked her if she could shave down the gel to make the nail polish look less thick. She didn't seem happy I was asking for a small change, but then proceeded to add more polish and now my gel is even more bumpy. There was also polish on my hands. Not worth $40 at all. A different technician would probably be better but I won't be back. *Updating my review from 2 to 3 stars because the owners have reached out to try and remedy the situation. I've heard great things from friends about this salon so I went today and was not disappointed. I got the classic pedicure and she really went to work making sure my feet were smooth and soft. I picked out the prettiest light pink color for my toes and nails. They had a table with hundreds of colors on it to choose from and all different polish styles like dip, gel, and regular polish. They had tvs set around the place to be able to see from anywhere you're sitting which was nice. I also liked how the pedicure area was separate from the rest of the salon so it didn't feel so busy! worst experience ever! I have never been so happy for a spa treatment to be over. I realize they need to use the electric file to HELP remove the gel polish , however my polish and the top layer of my toe nails were removed. The tech even went into my skin around the toe, so imagine how it felt when the acetone was sprayed on the raw skin and then scrubbed with the nail brush. Terrible! Got a powder mani and had old polish/remover all over my nails at the end! I originally wanted ombre but the technician couldn't figure out how to do it so hence, had to remove. I ended up picking a solid color but again, she left that polish remover all over my fingers that I had to peel off my skin. So disappointed. And in the same trip, my sister had an appointment. They got her seated for her pedicure. After 50 min she came out where I was sitting and said nobody had come to her yet. She had been soaking for that entire time but yet walk-ins got service. This BEAUTIFUL nail salon came highly recommended! And has won several awards! I was told they even serve champagne! Needless to say I was beyond disappointed. The man that did my pedicure, "Dee" was extremely rude. I asked him to keep one of my nails sharp as this is a unique future of my feet. He completely ignored that request and filed it down. The file that he was using fell on the floor and he just picked it up and kept filing! I hope I don't get a fungal infection... The classic pedicure was supposed to come with a leg massage, and it was more like he just slathered it on. There was no massaging. Then the towel that he wrapped my legs in was COLD and dirty! My mouth literally dropped. Then I noticed one of my toes had a spot on it and I asked him to fix it and he said no, that's your nail. Then when he was done he put a piece of toilet paper wadded up in between my toes, slid my shoes back on, got up and walked away without saying a single thing. I was totally confused and left sitting there. I'd never been to this salon so I didn't know where the drying station was. Eventually I flagged down a different girl, who called to Dee. He came over, silently pulled the arm of the massage chair up, and walked away again. I didn't know if I was supposed to follow him or what. Then when I saw the rest of my party with their mimosas I felt very sad as I was never offered a beverage. Dee clearly wanted nothing to do with me and I received poor service and a subpar pedicure. read more

Stopped in yesterday (Monday) and the salon was so quiet and relaxing I almost fell asleep during my manicure. The entire staff was extremely attentive and friendly, as it was a slower time of day. Everyone spoke English. My dip manicure turned out beautifully with Tien. Being brand new the salon was sparking clean and I was offered mimosa, coffee, wine, beer or water!
