I've gone to Amazing Nail Spa many times over the past two years for pedicures, and have always been very happy with the service provided. I always go on a whim, with no appointment, and I've never waited longer than maybe 15 minutes on an extremely busy day. The shop is quite large, and the employees are always friendly and offer a beverage when they start your service. Every nail tech who has done my pedicures has been professional and done a wonderful job, and I feel the services have always been excellent for the price. read more

Enjoyed my pedicure here. Sometimes when I see male pedicures, I am skeptical, but the gentleman I had did an amazing job. Cash discounts. Would come back. Seemed clean. read more

My fiancé and I came to Amazing nails to get our wedding day nails done and the staff was truly AMAZING!!! Ryan, Kate and Lee did an outstanding job on our dip with tip as well as gel pedi. My fiancé wasn't happy at first with the thickness of her french tip, and after reassessing her needs they hand painted them perfectly. I got the Hailey Bieber chrome ombré dip with tip and they truly turned out better than the Pinterest photo ... WE WILL BE BACK. Ask for Kate :) read more

Overall a good experience. Like that they had a special Mon-Wed for first time customers and students of 15% off though I had to ask for it twice. It is on their website. The workers were nice and accommodating! The only issue I ran into was being pressured to get gel on my toes when I really prefer regular nail polish. Clean and overall nice salon, would recommend, read more

Great salon for a pre-wedding bridal session! Everyone was super prompt and the nails turned out perfectly!!

So annoying first day after pedicure and polish chipped! Has anyone else noticed that salon paint is the absolute cheapest and often looks so old? What happened to the days when you got regular paint that lasted 10 days? Cheap brands diluted w nail polish remover...won't be back! Tee was sweet though:-/ read more

Amazing Nails is the best around! I've been going to them for years now and have always been happy with their service. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. They have lots of different pedicure options, and they definitely don't skimp on the foot massage! They also have a very large selection for normal, gel, and dip colors. I've been here twice. First time for pedi and second for mani/pedi. (Powder dip mani & classic pedi). This place is really nice and they've done a great job at both visits. I booked online for same day service which was super easy. Place is clean and nice. They offer bottled water or mimosa (I took a leap from my usual water and had a pineapple mimosa and it was good!) Tech Ricky is very friendly and takes his time. Very thorough and checked in with me along the way to make sure I like the color & shape or if I need more water etc.. Book with Ricky, he's excellent! read more

AMAZING is an understatement!!! While in Charleston with work I found this salon. Hands down THE BEST service I have ever had in as many years as I've been getting my nails done. The technicians were AMAZING (shout out to Anna). Everyone was so welcoming and giving, got a mani and pedi, it was so relaxing, clean, I mean I was speechless on how GREAT everything was. And of course a plus you can enjoy a glass of wine, champagne or a mimosa while you're at it The art on the walls were painted by hand; just everything was unbelievable. I will literally be trying to come out this way more often with work just to be able to go there to get my nails, brows and toes done. It has recently opened so if you get the chance definitely visit you will NOT regret it. read more

This was my first time having any services there but it was a great experience. Lucy did my nails & did a fantastic job. From the moment she began I knew that she was a great nail tech. I've been to this nail salon for over a year and I could not be any happier. I'm welcomed every time by their lovely receptionists and offered a great variety of drinks. Worst. I can do better myself with bifocals and sciatica. I left with dip on my skin. Uneven nails. Too much polish on toes that smudged a whole hour later. Made me wait uncomfortably for a trashy topcoat on my dip. If you have dip you know it's dry immediately. No product training. Horrible uncomfortable and awkward. I want my $95 back. read more

I didn't know what to expect upon my arrival but it is definitely Grande. I absolutely am in awe at how efficient and precise they were. Ted welcomed us and kept us entertained, from drinks to laughter. Anna and Kate were absolutely wonderful to me and my mother. The services I requested for me and my mother were carried out to the fullest and absolutely relaxing. My mother didn't want to leave because she was soo happy with the results she was given. If you're looking for Great service and hospitality this is the place. Being that this was my first time here, it absolutely won't be my last. ‼ read more

I was a walk-in and was impressed from the time I stepped into the door and even more impressed walking out. Kim did my pedicure, and Teddy my manicure. I did feel a little uneasy moving from Kim to another person, but it was completely disregarded by the amazing work Teddy did. I am a hospital worker that works long abnormal hours (mostly nights) and am not good with keeping appointments normally made. I feel comfortable being a regular walk-in with them in the future. read more

The people were nice and the atmosphere was clean, however my nails do not look good at all. My nails are different shapes, I still have lots of cuticles, hand rub was 20 seconds max. Everything felt rushed. I got a gel manicure and when she finished, I asked her if she could shave down the gel to make the nail polish look less thick. She didn't seem happy I was asking for a small change, but then proceeded to add more polish and now my gel is even more bumpy. There was also polish on my hands. Not worth $40 at all. A different technician would probably be better but I won't be back. *Updating my review from 2 to 3 stars because the owners have reached out to try and remedy the situation. I appreciate their attentiveness and obvious concern/care for their business. read more

I've heard great things from friends about this salon so I went today and was not disappointed. I got the classic pedicure and she really went to work making sure my feet were smooth and soft. I picked out the prettiest light pink color for my toes and nails. They had a table with hundreds of colors on it to choose from and all different polish styles like dip, gel, and regular polish. They had tvs set around the place to be able to see from anywhere you're sitting which was nice. I also liked how the pedicure area was separate from the rest of the salon so it didn't feel so busy! I really enjoyed my experience here as well as the atmosphere and I'll be back shortly for my fill in! read more

Waited almost an hour to be seated for a pedicure for two of us and we had an actual appointment. After seated because their waiting area was full we sat for 20 minutes with our feet in the bowl before anyone came to us. Had to go up from to ask for water . The person who did my pedicure was rude and unprofessional. Will not go back or recommend to anyone ! The price is outrageous . read more

This nail spa is a hidden treasure! I had the best pedicure I've ever had. The salon is inviting, artistic, and organized. My nail technician, Emily was delightful. I left with pretty toes - it was a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back! read more

worst experience ever! I have never been so happy for a spa treatment to be over. I realize they need to use the electric file to HELP remove the gel polish , however my polish and the top layer of my toe nails were removed. The tech even went into my skin around the toe, so imagine how it felt when the acetone was sprayed on the raw skin and then scrubbed with the nail brush. My polish looks terrible, he kept fixing his mistakes and the end result was very lumpy. read more

hands down best nail salon in charleston!!! -SOOOOO clean -cute & tropical ambience -spacious -kindest/most accommodating nail technicians -great music -widest variety of mani/pedi options including cbd, herbal, collagen, hot stone -quick service -they serve DRINKS (including alcohol) & snacks -available on ClassPass i couldnt say enough positive things about this place... ive never been so hype about a nail salon before 11/10 read more

Terrible! Got a powder mani and had old polish/remover all over my nails at the end! I originally wanted ombre but the technician couldn't figure out how to do it so hence, had to remove. I ended up picking a solid color but again, she left that polish remover all over my fingers that I had to peel off my skin. So disappointed. And in the same trip, my sister had an appointment. They got her seated for her pedicure. After 50 min she came out where I was sitting and said nobody had come to her yet. She had been soaking for that entire time but yet walk-ins got service. Not sure what happened that day but unfortunately we won't be back. There are many mani/pedi options in the area. read more

Every time I go here they do an AMAZING job (it's in the name!) and are super friendly & well-staffed. The free wine is even more of a plus! The only downside is that it's super expensive... expect to pay $100 at least for a manicure. It's worth it, but so expensive. read more

I've been here twice to get full sets and they do an amazing job here! Amazing Nails Spa SC - green dip 21 - Nail Salons Near Me - Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

This BEAUTIFUL nail salon came highly recommended! And has won several awards! I was told they even serve champagne! Needless to say I was beyond disappointed. The man that did my pedicure, "Dee" was extremely rude. I asked him to keep one of my nails sharp as this is a unique future of my feet. He completely ignored that request and filed it down. The file that he was using fell on the floor and he just picked it up and kept filing! I hope I don't get a fungal infection... The classic pedicure was supposed to come with a leg massage, and it was more like he just slathered it on. There was no massaging. Then the towel that he wrapped my legs in was COLD and dirty! My mouth literally dropped. Then I noticed one of my toes had a spot on it and I asked him to fix it and he said no, that's your nail. Then when he was done he put a piece of toilet paper wadded up in between my toes, slid my shoes back on, got up and walked away without saying a single thing. I was totally confused and left sitting there. I'd never been to this salon so I didn't know where the drying station was. Eventually I flagged down a different girl, who called to Dee. He came over, silently pulled the arm of the massage chair up, and walked away again. I didn't know if I was supposed to follow him or what. Then when I saw the rest of my party with their mimosas I felt very sad as I was never offered a beverage. Dee clearly wanted nothing to do with me and I received poor service and a subpar pedicure. read more

Stopped in yesterday (Monday) and the salon was so quiet and relaxing I almost fell asleep during my manicure. The entire staff was extremely attentive and friendly, as it was a slower time of day. I cannot recommend this salon enough. Even though it is out of my way I will be returning!! read more
